First off what a perfect name for working at this specific place . I explained how myself and my girlfriend have now both had 2 YES 2 back surgeries EACH and I wanted to pick Gram's brain for the best stain he thought they carried. I was finally able to get it to go through but it took a while. I went in and my order was ready. You have to provide your drivers license so have it ready. I went to pay and if you pay with a credit card it will want the PIN number. I have never used my PIN for my credit card and I could not remember it so had to use my debit card. Of course I know my PIN for my debit card but for some reason it would not take my debit card PIN. I tried their ATM machine and it would not take it either. So I had to leave and head to my bank ATM. No problem there. I headed back and paid with cash. It was embarrassing. Not sure what type of system they use but my advice is to bring cash and pay that way. I have gone to other places and they have you pay online before you pick up. I think I like that better. People who work here are nice. It wasn't busy but it is Super Bowl Sunday. Easy to get in and out of the location. I recommend this location but bring cash.

Excuse me?! Josh and several other employees are former employees of Verano | Ataraxia and clearly have mixed feelings about it. For a General Manager to conduct himself in such a manner is very disturbing. Isn't that workplace bullying? Josh F has such a grudge against the Verano company that he is willing to take it out on his employees as well as former fellow employees. I've also been hearing about how employees are treating customers that they know are Verano | Ataraxia employees very poorly. All cannabis sales are final no matter the location so when I got back to the privacy of my home and had the first issue ever, I was pretty stressed out. I will not go into details so not to invite anyone to exploit their customer service. I will tell you that when I went back with my issue, I was amazed to see how fast they wanted to resolve the situation. When I left, I sat in my car, two hands on the wheel for two minutes asking myself, "WTF just happened". I drove here feeling stressed and robbed and left feeling like I just robbed them.
