Instead of standing behind the sale and making it right, they refused to refund my money and tried to push store credit instead. To make matters worse, the cashier struggled with a basic cash transaction, which only reinforced my lack of confidence in the business. The store itself felt run-down, poorly maintained, and full of outdated, overpriced inventory. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant enough that I couldn't wait to leave. Businesses make mistakes.
