We often have to call to confirm lawn care, followed by several calls when they fail to show on our designated day. It would be nice if they gave us a call or sent an email letting us know their schedule has changed. Also, if you're not watching them, they do not take the yard waste with them, or even remove it from the sidewalk. They've also cut my flowers with a weedwacker. The guys doing the actual lawn care are nice. They're fast, and affordable. Just be prepared to have your grass grow to about ten inches before the Spring care starts.

Now we come to find, our beautiful 22 year old perfectly healthy tree, which we had Creekside Landscapes enhance last summer, is DEAD. Had three separate landscapers out, since we now had to have the dead tree professionally cut down, stump grinded, and a new tree planted, all tell us that too many main roots were cut causing the tree to die. Creekside response was "well you knew that would happen? "WHY in the world would we PAY to have a beautiful old tree KILLED when it provided both shade and privacy.
