I sent multiple requests for cancellation following their outlined procedures and expected that to be the end of my double reccuring charges. Wrong. For the next several months I continued to be automatically charged without authorization or active service. After multiple attempts to contact someone in customer service, I was told times they would not refund me. The fact that Kenosha News ignored my multiple requests for cancellation, continued to charge my bank account, and are blaming me as the customer, is absolutely shameful. These types of business practices do not earn them community respect or support.

Good luck in getting a human response to your phone call much less gat a human to respond to any communications that are sent. And after a few weeks the response given is a run around and phone tag scenario. Did i actually have a paid subscription? Why yes I did! The delivery service lasted less then a 5 day week. As for switching to E-Paper that was a compromise between an phone operator for a request for a second chance and a promise of better services. Without notifying us or sending an invoice, the News Sun turned us over to a collection agency for just over $100.00. I asked about the card on file but there was no comment. Disappointed in customer service for loyal customers who enjoy the smell and feel of real news print. Next time, an invoice prior to due date would be the expected and appropriate business practice.
