7/12/2019 Dr. Khan and Donna Duncan CNP have been our provider's for years. We both love them! From the second we call for a appointment, which is NEVER a prompt or recording & picked up by the 2nd ring. Hold time (if any) is minutes only. We Always walk in to a smiling Gina & Glenda at the front desk. The Medical assistants Michelle & Taha are friendly and very down to earth & certainly don't lack in the skills area, all the way through our visits with the providers who TRULY care & take ample time to answer any & all questions we may have. The lab lady is AWESOME, we never feel any pain, on the occasion or 2 we had billing issues Linda was simply fantastic. The practice manager makes a point to stop in and say hi just to see how we are doing. This group has been together for ever & radiate the family mom & pops energy, that is simply hard to find in today's big corporate society. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a place to call your medical home. read more

Dr. Khan was amazing! Seriously the best experience I have had a doctor's office. He has amazing bedside manners. He spent a lot of time with me going over my health concerns - I did not feel rushed in the slightest bit. In fact, he spent a lot of time with me, explaining everything thoroughly. I felt comfortable and fully informed the entire visit. His office is very clean and the staff is nice, helpful, and very competent. They seem very tech savvy which is great as well. I took my 87 year old sister as a new patient to Midwest Medical Group, we were treated very professionally and with a lot of empathy by everyone starting from the front desk to Dr. Khan's associate Donna Duncan. All my sisters needs, including her medication refills, were addressed in a very professional manner and we were very impressed by the hygiene and cleanliness of the faculty. excellent care from the doctor and nurse practitioner, have been going to this practice for several years, the staff and the doctor/NP make you feel good , the treatment they give is outstanding, I have never encountered anyone in the office who is less than polite and courteous. the office is immaculately clean ,the fish tank and the bird aviary give a very calming effect. way to go Doctor khan and Midwest staff read more

this is a great practice, the doctor and the nurse practitioner are very professional and show compassion to their patients problems. the staff is very friendly , the office is spotlessly clean, the aquarium and the aviary in the waiting room are awesome. Great place for a brief wait, which is always brief, as I have seldom had to wait for more than 10 minutes read more
