The bad experience wasn't about the convenience charge. It was 100% about the way I was treated. The person was rude and had an attitude, like I was an inconvenience coming in. I was not even greeted with hello. I was just told that I owed $2 and then was charged $3. Not even a thank you or thanks for coming in when I left. Next time I will drop off directly at Fed ex.

The movers put everything up front in the storage area and piled things 6 feet high up front so you can't even get into the area. I was over charged and Nick in the office fixed that immediately.
