When they were finally done (over a month) the cards were a very different color and they never told me. I never got to come in and look at a prototype like in the past. Also they only printed half my usual order, the earring tags and not my business card as they said they would. Then they charged me nearly 500.00 with half my order done. After multiple attempts to contact him via phone and email, there was no luck. When I asked him today why he didn't reply to our email or communicate with us, he immediately got defensive and angry. When I didn't back down from his anger and continued to point out his lack of customer service and professionalism, he told me to f*ck off and get out. Word on the street is that he's got anger issues. I've done business there for about 15 years, but have never had to deal with him. After today, I would not recommend this place to anyone!
