He helped me get a vehicle so I was then able to have reliable transportation. He was very nice and overall a good person to deal with. His service tech John can be a bit rude at times but everyone else there I have always enjoyed dealing with. About a few days after I signed my papers my alternator went out and I had previously asked him if something should happen what do I do and he gave me his card and said to not hesitate to call him so I did and he took care of me instantly. He helped arrange for a tow to his shop where he then replaced my alternator free of charge which I NEVER expected to be done for free but my gratitude for him that day was very high and I appreciated everything he did. I got the vehicle back and drove it with no other issues since and all was just basic maintenance. Ever since he partnered with Credit Acceptance his business practices have gone down hill and dont get me started on that credit acceptance....they dont have good reviews and they also screwed over my friend on a vehicle that she no longer owned...luckily she got it fixed. Both vehicles I bought I have put 500 down and to tell me you cant cut me slack after always making payments in full? Never missed one!
