By then almost 30 min. had passed and the masseuse told me she would have to do a quick one because next appt couldn't be made to wait... seriously. I assumed the quick one would be comped so went ahead. But, no. I was charged for the full treatment. And the treatment was inferior at that. Had had better experiences with facials and booked one at the new location -- my last booking, I was called about half hour before the appointment time and told that the esthetician had to go home. That was it. No "can we rebook you." No, "we apologize" No nothing. Not only were these instances completely unprofessional, they told me how little- valued my business is to them.
