This time, I booked a pickup between 8-10 a.m., and they said they were stuck on the highway and would be a little late. By noon, I had to leave. I returned and they still weren't here. I did get an invoice around 1:30ish, and the couch I requested for pickup is gone. So they did get here and were polite via text. I'd still recommend them, but definitely don't plan your day around them arriving. Keep your phone handy. I'd still recommend them though!

Got in the same ball park for all the places that were called. This one said they could be here in an hour on a Sunday. Were here very quickly. When the driver arrived looked at the car opened up the hood then said a different price than was quoted. Was told that it was because there was no catalytic converter and the car would have to be scraped and would not get much for it. Just wanted the car gone so said take it with out thinking DUH! All cars have catalytic converters and the car had just been emission tested and passed (that wouldn't have happened with out one). Called again and asked a few questions and got no answer that stated a different price for the car would be offered once the driver arrived. Then asked to talk to the manager and gave him the rundown. Told him I believed we had been scammed with the price change on the offer and did not want it to happen to anyone else. Got a couple of questions about the catalytic converter -this appears to be a big concern for anyone you call to junk your car. Make sure you know if yours is original or not cause this is a money maker. Unless you know your car doesn't have one don't let them tell you it doesn't. Long story short the manager wanted to make things right and told me he could Zelle/cash app etc me money to make it right. With in 10 minutes of the phone call it was taken care of. Out of everyone that was called they were the fastest to come out. Just know what to expect when they show up and question if they want to give you less for your car. Other than that little problem with the price dealing with them was great. Everyone I talked to in regards to this was kind, courteous and wanted to make the situation right.

The first woman told me that the dumpster would be delivered between 8-10 AM on Friday morning. That didn't happen. When I called at 10:10 AM, another woman told me that it was not written up that way. She told me that they will drop off the dumpster in 45 min, but it was more like 1 1/2 hours. So I took the day off work, woke up ready to go and begin filling the dumpster, but had to wait until after 11 AM to get started. Lost a lot of time. Enrique did agree to move the fridge, but for $625 because it is a subzero (the smallest model, single door, 36x84x24). That is higher than other movers by about $175, but we were in a bind from cancellations and needed it done asap so we said ok. We confirmed many times it would be a box truck since the fridge needs to be moved upright. Enrique showed up with an suv and a trailer despite the promise in writing of a box truck - the truck was part of his justification for the high fee. He did not text or call before to give us the option to cancel since it wasn't what we agreed to. He just showed up knowing we were stuck and would be forced to move it that way. We had sold our condo and it already closed - the buyer was doing us a favor by letting us pick up the fridge post-close, since we had two last minute mover cancellations/no show. We agreed to $625 on the condition of a box truck, not a trailer attached to an suv. Enrique knew we were in a tough spot. He essentially forced our hand by threatening to leave the fridge stranded if we didn't agree to the trailer instead of the box truck on the spot. It basically amounts to a "light" version of extortion/coercion. We were ok to pay for the service agreed to, but that is not what we received. He also damaged the fridge and then actually tried to leave with the damaged piece saying he would fix it and bring it back - yeah right. Enrique was extremely rude from arrival to departure, even after he damaged the fridge. It was an awful experience.
