My front tire felt a little off and I knew that it…read moreneeded to be changed, so my sister suggested this place as it is not even 5 minutes from my house and she took my car to get a tire from them a few weeks prior. I pull up and there's just one car ahead of me to get a tire. A lady walked up to me and asked what I needed. I told her that I needed a front left tire. She checked the tire and informed that they were out. She offered to call their other stores to see if they had any in. She called around and regretfully told me that they didn't have any either. That was fine and I started to pull off. She stopped me in my tracks and let me know that they had an alternate tire that would fit my car. Me not knowing much about cars asked what it was. She told me that its a different tire, but the fit and ride is the same. Basically it would not affect anything. I agreed because my front tire did not seem safe to ride on and I had to be at work in a hour and a half. I gout out and went inside the building to wait. That was my first mistake. About 20 minutes into my wait, one of the men that was supposed to be changing my tire came and got me. He walked me outside and I immediately noticed that my car was jacked into the air on both sides, and The front and back tire was off. He pointed to a shredded tire laying on the ground and told me that it was my back tire, so I would need 2 tires. It seemed plausible, so I accepted it. I went back into the building to pay but I noticed them on the right side of the car doing something to those tires as well. I just assumed they were looking out for me and making sure everything was alright with them. The tires were 66 bucks for tires and disposal of the other two. I left the car ran smooth on the way to work. On the way home from work was a completely different story. The car was all over the road wobbling and gladiator and the steering wheel was pulling to the right. I called my sister for her to come and look at the car as she knows more about it than me. She immediately told me that my back right tire had been changed. She told me that mine had deep ridges and this sad tire we were looking at was basically flat. She walked around more and noticed that that the front left tire was actually mine from the back right. She also noticed that the back left tire was no good. Basically they switched my tires around to make it seem like they were giving me quality tires when they actually sold me two bad tires. I felt duped! She went around and spoke with a manager named bud and explained the situation. He agreed that I was sold two bad tires. He offered to fix it the next day personally when their tire shipment came in. That was acceptable to me. I called the next day and asked for Bud to see if the shipment had come in. I was informed that By doesn't work weekends and had not told anyone about what he had promised. A lady Tamicka who was the manager of the day told me to come around so that she could take a look. I took the car around and she noted that I had all different size tires on my car. I informed her that 3 of them were bought from them. She told me they didn't have my tires in and that she would call when the shipment came. She ordered one of the workers to air the tires up in the mean time. A guy put air in them and practically begged me for a tip. I went home and Tamika called about 3 hours later for me to come and get the new tires put on.One of the workers comes out and asked if I was changing the 2 front tires (those were the good ones) I told him no the back. He went and got the tires and my sister checked them out. They were both not good. One was completely unacceptable(bald), while the other had barely any ridges. I refused one and accepted the other. They told me they would call when they got a new shipment in with an acceptable tire. I'm still waiting on that call. I plan on going up there on Monday. Which would make that my 5th trip. Never go here. They see women and see a jackpot. They will try and scheme you if you don't know any better. What a shame that a business would try to get over on you like that. Never go here! They are extremely sketchy! It shouldn't take that much to get a decent tire.

Their district manager has a voicemail that is continually full and doesn't answer his phone or Email. Apparently they don't intend to fix my car. I provided an estimate of repairs the day after the incident. Very poor customer service. As a matter of fact it is nonexistent!

I have been to a few self service car washes and this is the first one where the name is Self…read moreService Car Wash...LOL. Yes this is as good as I think it gets. Most of the self service car washes I used are either shut down or in such bad shape and I wouldn't wash a pigs butt at most of them. This place is kept up, its clean, everything works including the money changer machine. They even have plenty of room where you can pull all the way up in back and dry your car off, this place was made and designed to be self service, you go to some and you have no where to dry your car off, because they want you to leave the property. I believe the parent company is in Alton, IL and they service all the way here in Florrisant, MO They vacuum cleaners, foaming brush, spot free rinse, and wax, tire cleaner, engine cleaner and of course your high pressure soap and rinse and even a presoak. The price is $1.75 and you get 4 minutes too. This is the only place I hand wash my car and do it myself. Sometimes there is even a guy that will dry it off for you for some extra cash, but I need all the exercise I can get.
