They ordered my cover. I took it down to them on a Friday morning. Let it sit there all day went down to pick it up and I noticed that they had not undercoat inside of the cab or the doors or anything so he told me that it was made out of aluminum. Then he got a magnet and figured out that it was not so I had to take it back in on a Monday morning to get the cab indoors coded and doing so they got spray all over the outside of my cab which they wiped down, which was OK but the gentleman who was doing it had undercoating on his clothes. Got to drive my truck out and left a big old black smudge on the back of my seat now granted this truck is only got 100 miles on it so they took it back in and did some stuff to get it out. Put a seat cover on it for me so I could drive home and when it dried, there was still a black Ish mark on my seat my wife and I worked on it to get it out. There's still a little bit there, but it's so light. You can hardly see it now, but that is not the point the point is my brand new car is got a stain in the seat because of what these guys did I don't know if they did a good job under recording it or not you gotta take it back in every year to get it touched up which they gave me a free one because of the trouble that I had and I'm wondering how many people have had your cars and trucks undercoating and they forgot to do a whole section of it and nobody really knows it. I noticed it because I kind of knew what I was looking for, but I bet you a lot of people really don't they seem to make good on what they did. It was a big ordeal over two days and like I said they got stain on my seat. I am not happy. My truck has got 165 miles on it and I got a stain in the seat already.

We had three different ceramic shade applications chosen for different windows. The heat reduction is phenomenal. The techs did a great job with all the windows and I highly recommend their service. Elite also completed the ceramic coating for the exterior. The rig looks great and we're happy to finally have some paint protection. The Owners were doing some final touches as we came to pick it up. Everyone was super nice and very patient with our questions... it's a big investment! I would definitely recommend Elite and plan to be back for our yearly refresh. Our only challenge was the scheduler who had us deliver the rig first thing on a Thurs morning so they could complete the ceramic with a two day cure time. After serious hotel and restaurant expense and a pick up promise on Monday "first thing" we were called and pushed to end of the day and was told by a tech they only started the rig on Sunday. Three nights of unnecessary hotel and restaurant charges was upsetting. I would still give high marks for the work crew but suggest confirming schedule prior to your drop off and delivery appointment.
