This all after my husbands new truck went through their floor. It damaged the tire and rim. He had to turn off his truck and walk outside the carwash to get the attention of the kids that run it. They had no idea they had a stopped vehicle inside the wash. They had to use pieces of the floor to get it out in 4WD and they said it was his fault! The truck literally fell through the floor. We tried to talk to a manger, but he never returned our calls. STAY AWAY, over $1400 in damages And they are still charging me a membership!

I really liked this place. They did a waxing for two of my vehicles and did a wonderful job…read more However, on two other occasions they have not been able take care of me, even though I scheduled the appointment! Rescheduling is not really an option. That just means more time me and my wife have have to take off of work for the screw up o f the Detail Shop. But I understand if you can't fit anyone else in and I understand mistakes happen (this is the second time, though), but the real rub is that the Detail Shop knows they just wasted my time and there was no offer of a complimentary ANYTHING to make up for their scheduling issues. Just a "Sorry...we can fit you in tomorrow." Really, that's the best you've got for your customers who are going out of their way to see you? Bottom line: the work is good, but you'd better quadruple check your time if you scheduled something. I do like their work, but I will not be returning to this establishment, unless management does something to help out this dissatisfied customer.

They advertise they will pick the car up and drop it off. They lie and will do anything to avoid picking your vehicle up. They will add a fee for doing so. The woman who answers the phone is rude. Avoid this place at all costs!

We visited Elite and had both ceramic coating as well as window tinting. It was a long job as we…read moreare a 39' Entegra Super C. The window tint looks amazing. We had three different ceramic shade applications chosen for different windows. The heat reduction is phenomenal. The techs did a great job with all the windows and I highly recommend their service. Elite also completed the ceramic coating for the exterior. The rig looks great and we're happy to finally have some paint protection. The Owners were doing some final touches as we came to pick it up. Everyone was super nice and very patient with our questions... it's a big investment! I would definitely recommend Elite and plan to be back for our yearly refresh. Our only challenge was the scheduler who had us deliver the rig first thing on a Thurs morning so they could complete the ceramic with a two day cure time. After serious hotel and restaurant expense and a pick up promise on Monday "first thing" we were called and pushed to end of the day and was told by a tech they only started the rig on Sunday. Three nights of unnecessary hotel and restaurant charges was upsetting. I would still give high marks for the work crew but suggest confirming schedule prior to your drop off and delivery appointment.
