They ordered my cover. I took it down to them on a Friday morning. Let it sit there all day went down to pick it up and I noticed that they had not undercoat inside of the cab or the doors or anything so he told me that it was made out of aluminum. Then he got a magnet and figured out that it was not so I had to take it back in on a Monday morning to get the cab indoors coded and doing so they got spray all over the outside of my cab which they wiped down, which was OK but the gentleman who was doing it had undercoating on his clothes. Got to drive my truck out and left a big old black smudge on the back of my seat now granted this truck is only got 100 miles on it so they took it back in and did some stuff to get it out. Put a seat cover on it for me so I could drive home and when it dried, there was still a black Ish mark on my seat my wife and I worked on it to get it out. There's still a little bit there, but it's so light. You can hardly see it now, but that is not the point the point is my brand new car is got a stain in the seat because of what these guys did I don't know if they did a good job under recording it or not you gotta take it back in every year to get it touched up which they gave me a free one because of the trouble that I had and I'm wondering how many people have had your cars and trucks undercoating and they forgot to do a whole section of it and nobody really knows it. I noticed it because I kind of knew what I was looking for, but I bet you a lot of people really don't they seem to make good on what they did. It was a big ordeal over two days and like I said they got stain on my seat. I am not happy. My truck has got 165 miles on it and I got a stain in the seat already.

They use to offer good quality and service, but it has went down the drain fast in the recent years. In my 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE (new at the time). It had 35,800 miles. I purchased this new in October of 2014 from Heart City Toyota of Elkhart, Indiana. Here is the list of problems tht I had woth it: - On November of 2014 there was a recall issued for the second row overhead assist grips. They were replaced in January of 2015 at 7,800 miles. - It had a bad support bearing on the front passenger side axle that was replaced at 22,900 miles. - It is on its third transmission. The first transmission was replaced at 20,200 miles and the second was replaced at 29,800 miles. - The most recent recall, at the time, was on the side doors opening randomly. The recall was issued on November of 2016 and it is May of 2017 and Toyota still had not found a cure. - Cruise control lever light flickering. It was replaced three times. Noticed the first time at 7,800 miles. - Dash randomly freezes for about 5 minutes and then goes blank and resets to the default settings (it has happened seven times +) and Toyota still cannot figure out the problem. - Climate control shut off completely, by itself, without touching any buttons while driving. I submitted a claim to the Toyota Corporation and after four tries, they denied my claim of doing a 'buy-back' or providing a replacement vehicle.
