Also we needed a dash cam, that we had bought separately, to be installed and we brought it to them. We brought in the car really early just to drop off and they got it done right away! We weren't expecting them to start on it right away but it was cool. We ended up getting the Pro R5, and we love it. It runs for about 30 minutes on the auto start. I like how it's "battery-less", meaning you have to just charge the keys vs having a battery you have to replace.
