After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. If you ever had some masonry work done on your property you might know him as well, he's been in construction business since the 80's. One of them was a company I did some research on before so I decided to pick their product. I got his quote a couple of days later and despite the fact it was slightly higher than an estimate from another contractor, I signed the contract. I took about two weeks to get my windows and installation itself was on a difficult side because of those brick issues that needed to be corrected. I was actually glad that he was able to do everything at once and I didn't have to look for a mason. When the manufacturer's truck delivered the windows one them was cracked but they're local so it was replaced next morning. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.
