I needed them to replace a window at my house that was beyond repair. They came out quickly, measured the window, gave me clear options, and quoted me a reasonable price. Easy. Unlike other companies, they were willing to take the job even though I only needed one window replaced for now. (When we decide to replace the rest, they've earned my business.) I had a poorly installed patio door and needed to get it replaced due to safety issues. I was able to get a free estimate. Majei came out and did the measurements and estimate. I ended up getting an old window replaced too. Because my patio door was bigger than the standard size, the door had to be specially ordered at the window and patio door vendor. So the estimate happened before mid-June and it was mid- July when we got the door installed. We paid less than half of the over all price as a downpayment and the balance after the work was completed. The work was completed in a hour or hour in a half. I am pleased with the work. Can't say enough about the team at Cook County windows. I had a few screens that needed to be replaced. Called around and used an app and got nothing but no's. Not these guys. They stated they don't normally do what I needed but after a bit of a back and forth (great communication I might add), they came out to collect the damaged screens.
