Evey week it's another problem. It's somethings constantly. I wish Ritreaid didn't shut down. I'm at a loss, because I can not tolerate the constant problems, complications, and lousy service. It's all corporate rules, and guidelines, and not having enough staff, probably paying substandard wages, etc. They likely will be next to go out of business. I might as well be living in a 3rd world st hole.

Had they asked me about a $26 increase in shipping, I'd have cancelled the order. The company is not clear exactly what shipping charges will be. The pump motor quit working So I called up looking for parts and they told me they don't sell parts but they'll sell me a new pump motor. I went to the Amazon website and purchased a 50 MF Round capacitor for $17 I removed the two screws On top of the pump motor revealing the housing for the capacitor I removed the two wires going to the capacitor, discharged it by bridging the terminals with a screwdriver and then installed my $17 Capacitor. turned the power back on and the repair was complete. They knew this. They are in the business for crying out loud.

Often these types of stores might bring in things that didn't sell elsewhere to see if it appeals to locals in another area. I got a bag full of canned foods that appealed to me, some drink mixes and a Jack Cheese flavor Doritos bag. All stuff I don't get in other stores, and it's exactly why I came in to shop. The prices were completely fair on the items I purchased. The store was really clean and the employees seemed friendly from the experience I had. There was quite a few people inside, and the checkout process was fast.
