There was no clear contact information for the hiring individual. I sent an email with no response, then called the office only to be met with confusion and no real assistance. I was told someone would reach out, but there was no apology for the inconvenience or follow-up afterward. As nurses, we value professionalism, communication, and respect for people's time especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards.
