Cute little honey shop on the side of the road that is a must stop for a picture of the magnificent view. There are no hives on spot just honey products to buy. Staff know their stuff so don't be shy to ask questions. read more

Croissants were decent. Coffee amazing. So much so, I bought a bag to go. I only been here for lunch and afternoon coffee break, but they also have sandwiches and pizzas. What won me over, as with most of Quebec, is the civilized manner of running business. Never too busy to answer a question and when I forgot my coffee grounds, it was set aside and waiting for me the following morning.

I was in the mood for a healthy lunch and this restaurant seemed to have many good options. The restaurant itself was super cute. As for food, I opted for a pulled ham salad and my boyfriend ordered a pulled ham sandwich. While he was underwhelmed with his meal (especially since it was a little bit expensive), I thought that my salad was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend!!

Service is superb and friendly as family. We watched a constant stream of customers find places on the porch, deck, at lawn picnic tables and in the indoor room, all happy and smiling. What a place!

Faux Bergers is not your typical restaurant, you don't just go there for food but also for the experience. I reserved a table online about a week in advance. They offer a 7 course meal from only the local ingredients in the region, almost each dish is explained to you before you taste it. I loved their cabbage salad with carp caviar, definitely a unique tasting dish. The service is great as well. I highly recommend this place if you consider yourself a foodie or just love trying out new things. You won't regret it!

They're located directly on the farm (actually a cheesemaking facility) in a space made for dining and are really passionate about their products. The menu is completely unknown which adds a little bit to the mystery. I would highly recommend you give them a call 48 hours in advance to mention things you don't eat, they're very accommodating. The wine card is short but nice, they're mostly private imports. There's a communal feeling to the whole thing as everyone arrives at the same time and eats at the same time. Every course comes with a thorough description of the ingredients' origins and how they were prepared. It's also a good deal for what you're getting/discovering. One thing they could work on is the dining area: the chairs could be upgraded. I never say this but we were somewhat uncomfortable throughout the evening.

It's a very popular, casual bakery that does a truly phenomenal at being what is needs to be: a place of comfort and happiness. Opened in 2022 and ran by a couple ladies, Maggie and Emma, there is a high focus here on the local terroir. Think local Charlevoix cheeses from places like Fromagerie Migneron and regional honey. Sandwiches are phenomenal. Their classic cabbage soup is as comforting as it gets. People are kind and hardworking. So, do yourself a favor and skip the McDonalds next door to enjoy something authentic and delicious.

We took advantage of that and ate outside near the street and the water. Although our waitress was bilingual, she was a bit uncomfortable with us. My wife ordered the smoked mussels and French bread, and I ordered the smoked herring and French bread. Both came fairly rapidly. The French bread was warm and the mussels and herring were served in a Quebec style marinade infused with spices. We both thought they were excellent. The bread was also excellent. We would definitely return to this restaurant.
