I am missing so much. It makes me sad. They tell you that you are protected with $40,000 insurance if anything happens. Well that is completely a lie. Good luck with filing a claim. Please only use this company if you want to be robbed blind. They really stole from me. They took my memories and didn't even care! I spent over $10,000 with them and they just treated me horribly. I never thought this would happen to me.

Overall experience as always great. Heather was fantastic. Its hard to believe she has only been…read morethere for a month. I came in for a mattress, bed, and side table. Selection was great. Checkout was great with Heather. My only concern is Antoine. Heather ran into difficulty, keep in mind she has been there ONLY 1 month. She asked for help. He was tge most rude and obnoxious person . I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day. Otherwise Heather deserves 5 stars for her composure and personality. Loved her

Amazingly fair price for such a great piano. All the advice and predictions about my piano with humidity etc have been spot on. He has also taken the time to voice it exactly to my needs, and continuously take care of any mechanical noises that have arisen that can ruin an intimate recording. There exchange is about $22.00 , which is still cheaper than Uhaul. The best deal around is ADK Fuel in Frankfort. A refill is $9.99 +tax. The savings is about $12.00. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS A UHAUL AGAIN!!!!! Absolutely outrageous, and price gouging. I think I will contact the NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL.
