Jesse made arrangements for Sam Boyd, from the Franklin Furnace store, to bring the camper up to Bellefontaine. Once there, Sam, Jennifer Castillo (Bellefontaine Store), and Joey Griffin (Russell's Point location), to install the new trailer hitch, detail the new camper, and transfer all of our equipment from the old to the new. They ARE very pet friendly, (we have two cats and a dog) you just have to clean up after your pets and keep them on a leash. The bathrooms are clean and air-conditioned. The grounds are very well maintained and they have pump out service for a small fee (if you get a site that doesn't have septic) and RV service and repair. They installed our new air conditioner and did a fantastic job. They also have fun events here. We will be staying here every time we come to Ohio. Don't be fooled by a poor review. The next spring we had the same issue, a spring hanger broke off. We were near an RV dealer (Holman RV) in Cincinnati and had it inspected and repaired there. I contacted Chad Niemic (Service manger) at Forest River RV Camping World, after looking at the photos of the original repair He admitted their mistake and reimbursed me the entire cost to have it fixed. This was not a small amount almost $3,000 and did it in a timely fashion.
