We have a grandson and some pets, and our sofas and rug were in pretty bad shape with a TON of stains. When Micah was done, our furniture literally looked like we had just purchased it brand new. Looks great, smells great. Gave it some time to see if stains would resurface, but nothing came back up. Micah was on time and listened well while we went over our concerns regarding the furniture stains. You can tell he has a lot of experience and he knows what he's doing. And that was obvious once we inspected the finished product. He made quick work of the job, but took his time to make sure he did a quality job and addressed all of our concerns. We haven't had our sofa cleaned for almost two years. It had body oil from the numerous falling asleep on sofa nights.
