Billy's Carpet Care was amazing. I had them out to clean 2 dryer vents, hoping that was the reason for our dryer not working. The guys were awesome and very nice. They made sure to be very tidy and put everything back when they were done. Best part is that the vent was clogged and, once they finished, the dryer worked perfectly normal again! Many carpet cleaners have drastically raise to their rates in the past 3 years, but Billy told me he is committed to keep his rate consistent and low. His rate is at least 30-40% lower than competitors I have contacted in the same area. His yelp reviews are also consistently positive. At the time of this writing, only 2 out of 150 reviews are negative, which is extremely impressive. Billy told me he tried to refund 1 of them but couldn't get a response, while the other actually has continued to use his service despite the review. His work really speaks for itself. He is very friendly, courteous, efficient and attention to details. Billy's Carpet Care did a horrible job in cleaning my tile floors. We had just purchased our home and the floors were extremely dirty, when they came I made sure to point out how dirty they were and asked if they would be able to clean them. He assured me that they would look a lot better. When they were done I asked if they were going to clean the puddle of water left behind and Billy replied "I just don't want to go over them again". All they did was moved the dirty all over. If they couldn't get the tile cleaned they should of said they couldn't instead of doing a horrible job. What a waste of money, need to get them cleaned again. I do not recommend them. read more
