I checked around and Toledo's had the best price. I initially just had my carpet cleaned. They did such a FANTASTIC job getting out all the stains! I called them back the following week to clean the upholstery on my kitchen chairs and to deep clean my shower. Everything came out looking like new! I sent a request through Yelp for carpet cleaning. My elderly mom had Stanley Steamer come out to clean her carpets, and you couldn't tell at the end. Given that she hates confrontation, she was living with the results. It looked terrible. I knew someone could do a better job even though the carpet is old and needs to be replaced (she's selling her place, so she figures they will replace it). However, I wanted it to look more presentable. Isidro was one of the first businesses to reply, and he didn't waste any time making an appointment with me the next day at 8 a.m. He arrived on time, looked at the carpet, and went to work. UPDATE (May 21, 2024). Isidro checked in with me on Monday to ensure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I informed him that the odor was still present and without hesitation, he said he would come back to re-clean. As promised, Isidro came out on Tuesday and re-cleaned the area to ensure the odor was gone. I offered to pay him, and he refused to accept as I already paid, and he wanted to ensure I was happy. I completely understand that he could never guarantee that the odor would be removed completely (he never even made that disclaimer), hence I offered to pay him. I never expected him to refuse. In today's environment, it is rare to find someone with integrity and honesty. Highly recommend him! The owner, Isidro, was amazing. Our daughter got sick all over the bedroom and we needed to get the carpet cleaned ASAP so the stain and odor would not set in. It was a Sunday and no one was open and the few that were (according to their website) did not respond. Isidro responded immediately and although he was technically closed on Sunday so he could spend time with his family, he made the exception to come. Isidro showed up exactly on time, was very efficient, and was very friendly. It is very apparent that Isidro is a humble man who takes pride in his work and just wants to do a good job.
