He didn't leave us in the cold. He went back to his personal home and rounded up a couple of electric space heaters that kept us warm until he could return the next morning and fix it. It is still running strong and turns my upstairs into a deep freeze if I choose to. This week, we had them do a much more intense replacement. Our downstairs HVAC unit was from 2005, mated to a furnace from 1993 (33 years in service...not made like this anymore). Things literally were routed different back then. The initial consult from Mike (Owner) was straightforward, followed by accurate pricing from Bri (Manager). Scheduling was quick. Timeliness of their crew and the electrical subcontractor was exactly as expected. The removal of the old unit was a challenge, but they persevered and managed to get it out. They relocated BOTH line sets to let us move both units to a different location. This was an EXTREMELY REASONABLE cost and jump started our next phase of expansion. I could not be happier with the install and project management they pulled off for this. I am always gunshy to ask for additional work, but they were very accommodating and quick to integrate my changes. Don't be like me, and think things through to let them prepare properly. You can not go wrong with this company. They have serviced my house since we got it in 2015. Great reliability and trust.

It was still under my extended warranty, which I had all the paperwork for, so there shouldn't have been any problems getting it approved and paid for.
