He said he's always had gut feelings about Suntech and their commercials (especially their jingles ... lol) so he called them. We ended up with a brand new a/c and the husband is super pleased with Suntech all round. They took wonderful care and offered a brilliant deal. Thank goodness all that got done before the mercury went haywire.

The $69 fee on the invoice states he performed a full system evaluation, but he did not. The AC quit working 3 hours later, and I had to have them return the next day. Chandler Twyford was the second technician, when he called me, I answered and he was yelling at someone on the road as he was driving. He asked me questions about what Otha did the previous day, when I explained he got defensive and began defending Otha, which was unnecessary. Otha was short with me, and acted irritated the whole time. When I spoke to Suntech on the phone to have them come out again, she confirmed I would not be charged another $69 fee. While Chandler was here he stated my contactor and capacitor both needed to be replaced, but during Otha's full examination he never stated this. Thus, Otha did not perform a comprehensive diagnosis like the invoice says I was charged for - these would have easily been caught. I let Chandler know the office confirmed I was not to pay another $69, but he argued with me. He continued to argue, was extremely unprofessional, and was trying to control the situation by saying he'd be the one to call management when I stated I was going to call management. I would like a refund as this has been a horrible experience as a client, and Suntech did not resolve the issue/did not fix my unit, they acted like it was something else, didn't check the full system, and wanted me to pay more for the issue they didn't catch. Please do not use Suntech, I do not wish this unprofessional and waste of time experience for anyone. And now, I am still without AC during 107 degree weather.

Manny came out and laid out the process and the warranty on sealing all the ducts. We are Realtors so we are very fussy about who we recommend to our client family--Manny has our trust. We are happy to not have any more sand showing up in the boots! I'm a bit of a neat freak and I love all the white everywhere and no dirt or sand. If you are contemplating sealing your ductwork have Manny do an inspection and explain the benefits to you. You really don't want to delay taking care of your ductwork and Manny is the man you can trust to bring it back to a new like condition.

He is able to perform video inspections of the ducts and find where there are rust, cracks or holes. He then uses a special coating to repair and seal the affected areas. The work is guaranteed for 15 years, and can be completed in as little as 2-4 hours. Our damage was more severe, so it took several sessions, but each session only took about an hour. We were happy with Manny's quick response to calls, good communication with us about the work that is being done, and with his cleanliness (not tracking in dirt) and his concern for our animals (not letting them out), etc. The one thing I would change about the experience was that we had to have our A/C coil pulled so they could repair damage near the coil. To do this, we had to contact an A/C repairperson to come out separately to pull it and replace it. We used a man recommended to us by Manny, who was sort of the opposite of Manny: not a good communicator, changed the appointment time day of, and almost let my dogs out. If I had it do over again, I would have hired someone different for this part of it. It also seemed kind of weird that I had to coordinate all of that independently of the duct work, though it was part of the process fo the work getting done. We're very happy with the work Manny and his assistant did, and considering the amount of time he spent out here, the 15-year warranty and the fact that $300 of his fee went to the coil puller, I'd say it is a great value.
