I requested a brushed stainless two-handle faucet (the exact replacement I'd picked). They arrived with a chrome single-handle model instead. They also missed two appointment times. The install itself took about 40 minutes, with no plumbing problems or leaks discovered (straight replacement). Overall cost was $670 including a ~$70 faucet, which I felt excessive given the simple job and the mistakes. I'd used Suntech before during Memorial Day weekend for a clogged toilet when my regular plumber wasn't available. The plumber cleared it in ~30 minutes for $179. Because of that prior experience, I trusted them with this faucet replacement, but the wrong faucet, missed appointments and excessive pricing made the experience disappointing. I called the manager to address the wrong faucet and late/ missed appointments; I didn't feel the concerns were meaningfully resolved and the explanation was mostly general overhead. I wouldn't use them again.

( you know the one that locke didn't have) Superhero came back out on Fri and spent 6 hours fixing our ac. He even called his supervisor out to help. When they left they told my husband a breaker was bad. My husband ended up changing out 3 breakers because changing the 1 they said didn't fix our unit so he tried the other 2. I called out a different company who came out and in less than an hour had my ac unit up and running. I was told by the new company that Superhero wired a wire wrong and was grounding out the unit.

Airco sent a "project manager" (Steiger Hart) to the residence to "inspect" the area where the water heater was going to be placed. The project manager informed the resident that the area was not up to code (LIES) and recommended purchasing several things to bring it up to code (emergency shutoff valve, hammer arrestors, expansion tank, safety drain pan, new combustion- pvc piping, and a gas drip leg). When I asked for an itemized price list, I was told their system packages everything together and he couldn't provide an itemized bill. The only service that receives an itemized bill is HVAC. RED FLAG!! The home was built in 2016 and according to the plumber we actually hired, EVERYTHING IS WITHIN CODE. Airco wanted to charge $1744 for install and code upgrades. Then proceeded to try to convince the resident to purchase a hot water heater from Airco because theirs are manufactured better . We paid a local plumber (small family owned business) $250 to install the hot water heater and replace the hoses. This company lacks integrity, clearly overcharges, and tries to upsell the customer.
