Overall experience I would say was a 3/5! I paid for the 2nd choice (I believe it was $12), which gave me the wash I needed, however it did seem a bit overpriced for the quality of wash I received; however I do understand that we do get the choice to wash our own cars/it was more of a self-service spot and the wash centered more around that. I've come to the drive-through automatic car wash here twice. Both times, I got the second tier wash ($12) and both times I left very happy. I love that there is usually no or a very short line, and that there are no tracks you have to navigate onto. The signals are very clear, and the whole process is fairly quick. Both times, I left with the outside of my car looking great. I was mostly trying to remove pollen, car poop, and other junk that builds up on my car from parking outside, but this wash definitely did the job. Minimal stress, minimal effort, fast results. I would give 0 if possible the owner is a total jerk I was getting the garbage out of my car and he got super hostile changing out the bags why you'd do that while a customer is using it blows my mind but I was about to pull into the automated wash which you need to go out and reenter the wash . he yelled out something rude about only using there trash cans and may have said something else not sure so I decided to just call it quits and go to a different car wash I can't for certain say he was the owner in the blue Toyota tundra but I couldn't believe how aggressive he was from the get go i even reached back into the trash can to retrieve the garbage i placed in there and apologized twice stating that I didn't know he was going to change the bag in the middle of me using it he just say yeah whatever sure ! yikes definitely don't use this wash if that guys there read more

Went to use the left bay and was charged $12 for the middle grade. Machine said to move forward and I went in. It said to stop and then back up and the forward again and didn't do anything. Basically told me to move forward and leave the bay. Went back around and through the other one ($12 again) and the right bay worked. Was charged for both times through. The wash itself was okay. Nothing like the more modern ones I'm used to, which pull you through the wash. Car was still very wet when done "drying" and it left water spots all over paint and glass. Should be a $3-$5 wash for what you get. I'll be disputing the 1st charge and driving farther away for a proper wash, from now on. read more

Might Spray Car Wash is an absolute disaster of a business. Do not spend your money at this place the owner is an extremely disrespectful individual. I belonged to their wash membership program ($34.95 a month) as a loyal customer for approximately 4 years (I joined in 2018). I have even referred family and friends in the area to go here as well. It should be noted that I have never approached anyone that works there for any issues what so ever/caused trouble. Their membership program allows 1 wash per 24 hours which I do not generally take advantage of a daily wash anyways. I went to get a car wash to spray off road salt from the previous snow storms. Upon pulling out of the car wash bay, the owner of the business gave me a an attitude-filled finger pulling motion as if to come over to him. He then proceeded to tell me that he loses money because I get my vehicle washed too often (well within the membership limits mind you). He then proceeded to say "I know you don't understand business because you are young, but I want to be making more of a profit from the customers". He then offered to cancel my membership to which I requested to be done. He proceed to say that he is going to remove members that come too often (even though his machines settings are set to 1 per day, to which he said he can not change the setting). I informed him that his price is listed on the sign as $34.95 per month for a membership with a one wash per day limit - so how am I "in the wrong" because I come here? It should be noted again, that I have never had gripes with the establishment or caused trouble there and have paid hundreds and hundreds at the location for years and I was talked down to for utilizing my membership within it's limits. Do not go here. It should also be noted that their machine that scans the magnetic stripe on your windshield (for members) will in many cases scan for the vehicles wash in front of you in line, so I missed out on a number of my daily washes that way as well. Owner is very disrespectful. Today my husband and I were stopped by the carwash owner after our wash. It was raining and the owner rudely asked why we would get a wash in the rain. He then preceded to tell my husband because is he is young he probably doesn't understand business, but needs to understand that he is not making any money off of him because he gets a wash with his membership every other day or so. (Which the membership allows a daily wash.) The owner then said he needs to lessen the frequency of his washes or terminate his membership. DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH unless you would like to be told by the owner that despite what their business model and contract states, you need to wash your car less or they will cancel your membership. I pay for the monthly subscription which is 1 wash a day. I got this when I bought my new truck because I park under trees and it's white. I wanted to keep it nice. I go often but lately not as much. Today the owner waited for me to exit and had a conversation about my tag not matching ... had temp tags when I signed up. He mentioned it costs him 4$ on average for each wash etc and he wondered why people use it when it's raining ... I'm only off so much and I needed to vacuum the inside as well as get off the mud and tree debris... so sprinkling or not I went through... I mean I do pay for it. After I left he called me to basically tell me he's a small business and he's not profiting off me. And for me to be mindful of my usage. That I can use it when I " need" to. And the reason he doesn't set limits is the software doesn't allow him to. I feel like it's unprofessional to call people who are well within the means of what they signed up for and basically tell them they're not really allowed to use it the way that it's advertised. He basically wants you to pay for the monthly service but not use it or use it very little so that he can be profitable off of you. I didn't set the prices he did I didn't set the one wash a day limit he did and I by no means come once a day.... but the whole reason I got the service to begin with is because I like to keep my vehicle very clean. He basically tries to make you feel terrible for doing nothing but using the service that was advertised. If he's not profitable then maybe he should raise his prices. But waiting for customers to come out of the bay to confront them about their usage is freaking ridiculous. And not to mention half the time it smells so terrible while you're getting your car washed you can barely breathe because of the smell and the car wash doesn't even really clean your car that great. I live local and that's why I use it but after my experience yesterday I felt berated for his bad business model. If the subscription isn't working instead of confronting the customer maybe you should change your business model. I would never ever confront my customer and tell them they're doing some thing too much and I'm not making money off of them. I would change the way I did business to make it more profitable and keep my customers at the same time. Clearly this isn't the first time he has done this to someone. If you see him waiting for you don't stop just keep driving he's only gonna tell you you're using the service too much even though you're paying for it. read more

I discovered that the machine I had selected was out of shampoo. Not only did the owner credit me double the cost of what I paid but he took the time to hand clean the area I had come to take care of, all while chatting kindly to my kids. Would recommend and will definitely return. read more

I like to keep my car clean and moving to a new area I was glad that I was able to find a touch less but powerful car wash! The first time I went, I used my credit car to pay, but the second time I went I used cash! It does NOT say on the machine that you need exact change, so I inserted a $20 and it didn't give me my change, it said "please see attendant." Well, there is no attendant! I have called the number listed numerous times and the message box is always full or no one answers. I will be finding somewhere else to take my car, it's just not good customer service, sorry! read more

I'm usually happy with the auto wash service, but the wash on the left only soaped the driver side, didn't rinse well, barely dried it, and I was left with white streaks as soon as I pulled out. I always buy the $14 full service. After reading all of the reviews with the same complaints, I won't be returning until I see positive reviews. Went to get an automatic car wash yesterday and paid $14 for the premium wash. I pull into the booth until the arrow directed me to stop and then the wash doesn't start. After waiting I pull back and forth adjusting my car to see if it will start and it never did. It took my money and didn't work. I later called and got ahold of an employee there and told him what happened and he was rude and condescending to me when I explained the issue. He acted like it was somehow my fault that the machine didn't work so I explained to him I've been through the wash many times before and know how to use it. He told me to come back and he'd put my car through the wash. I get there and he tells me to get in the line and he'll start the wash for my car. He then goes upstairs and disappears while I'm waiting in line. I waited for over 20 minutes and the guy didn't come back down or start the wash for me. Finally I left. I was completely ripped off and my time was wasted. Won't be going back again. Not like the washes are worth the crazy prices they charge anyway. read more

Really need to adjust the auto wash. I bought the monthly package for fiancé and three times we've been in left bay. Each time it has been inconsistent with foam and with tri color as well as spot free rinse pressure. Also used manual wash for my truck and the foaming brush took 5 minutes on a 10 minute timer to START foaming. Wasted another full debit card charge to finish truck. read more

After the automated car wash machine returned the wrong bill to me( $5, not $10) 3 days ago, I have tried to no avail to reach someone both on the phone and stopping by yesterday afternoon. I've tried the do it your self and automatic wash. Niether lived up to expectations. The coin operated do it your self took $10 to get a mediocre job done. Next time I used the automated bay.
