I paid for the Gold service. The back seats and the trunk were not vacuumed AFTER confirming that the trunk would be. This is the second time I've come here and vacuuming was not done for the back seats and trunk. However, after bringing my complaint to the manager, it was promptly resolved to my satisfaction. I was amazed to learn that they only WIPE DOWN the front seat area (cup holders, inside door armrest, etc). Guess they didn't know most cars do have a backseat- which often has passengers riding there! *I can appreciate that a 3-row car would be extra work...but you should tell people, not just assume they know you are only doing the front portion. This, coupled with how sloppy they are when cleaning and vacuuming even this limited area - I won't be back! I have been meaning to get my car washed since I got back in town and noticed some birdies had left me some presents. It was a nice day today and I was in the Gambrills area and quickly remembered Auto Spa. I had a monthly membership prior and loved taking my car to get washed often. It's not that hard to vacuum the car but somehow my back floors didn't get vacuumed at all. To be fair I must mention that it wasn't a plan trip so I did have groceries in my car but I made sure they were on the seats and not on the floor nothing was on the floor besides the mats and some food debris. It seems like they have quality control because I noticed a young lady walking to each car and inspecting it before beeping the horn and telling whoever the owner was to come on. Wasn't high quality though because she missed the dirt that I'm guessing was dropped on top of my center console as if the vacuum was turned off, before taking out of my car. I had a big tip waiting because there was quite a bit of dirt on my floor still although I went ahead and picked up most of the big items and moved my seat to get things underneath as well such as nail files, pens, things that had fallen in between the cracks. read more

First visit to this place, and from the gate check-in to receiving my vehicle, everything went very well. The prices were standard and reasonable, and the service was quick. Although I only paid for an exterior cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the inside had also been wiped down, and the air freshener smelled amazing. I have been getting my oil changed and car washed here at the auto spa since it opened, but yesterday, one of the detailers was so nasty and aggressive to me that I will never ever go back there again. When I pay for a service, I don't expect to have any staff gesturing rudely towards me and getting angry with me for not doing anything besides trying to leave - I don't care how busy you are, you don't treat your customers like an annoyance. When I pulled out, the detailer was swearing at me and swiping his little cloth at my car - are you kidding me? For a basic wash being *** $26 *** you'd assume that folks would be a little nicer. I'm not one to write complaints, but I was so irritated by how shitty the staff was that I felt compelled to write this. To whatever manager is assigned to read this with a canned "I'm sorry you had this experience, please contact us to discuss" response - no. Just no. You've received plenty of my time and money over the years, and last time I checked, there are dozens of competitors in the area. Not giving you another second of my time after yesterday. read more

I went to The Lube Center car wash and ordered the Gold Package, which includes interior cleaning. I understand this is not meant to be a full detail, but the interior was clearly rushed and incomplete. The gear shift area and the armrest were not wiped down at all, crumbs and debris were still visible. Aside from the floor mats being vacuumed, the rest of the interior looked largely untouched. The outside of my car looks great, so credit where it's due there. However, the interior service did not meet expectations for the package I paid for. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed due to how crowded it was, but that shouldn't come at the expense of quality. Very disappointing. read more

I've been trying to cancel my car wash membership since February 2026, to no avail. In fact, they confirmed (via email from customer service) that they would do so. Well, here it is 8 April 2026 and they are still deducting the monthly amount from my account. I had to contact my bank to issue me a new debit card. These people aren't just morally corrupt but straight out gangsters. Please, please do not waste your time/money not to mention the inconvenience of putting a hold on your account...DON'T FALL FOR ANY PROMOTIONAL NONSENSE THEY MAY OFFER. I went in for a quick outside wash. On my way to cinnaholic. Service was quick and my car was cleaner than it has been in a while. I haven't seen my wheels this clean in a while...and all with a hands-free wash. I must admit I was impressed. The only thing i did not like was the 20 price just for the outside. My wife and I have had top of the line car washing subscriptions for our cars for years at Auto Spa. At first they did a really great job. Then after COVID the quality of service declined sharply and now it seems like it's just getting worse and worse with every wash. To be very clear, I'm not someone who enjoys complaining. But it's justified here. Even the slightest comment triggers a barrage of excuses from the staff. 1) The wash water in the car wash sometimes literally smells like someone took a crap in it. It's disgusting. 2) The vacuuming is really bad and is getting worse. Even on days when hardly anyone is getting car washes. So it's not an issue of being overworked 3) They routinely do not wipe down surfaces and windows. I'll drive out of the building and the sun hits the window and dash revealing dust and smears everywhere. The empty cargo area of my car has hard plastic and they open the hatch lean in and when done literally all the dust and dirt is still there. I bring the car home and clean it again. 4) They now claim they cannot wipe down vinyl seats. 5) Both my wife and I have experienced aggressive behaviors from the cleaners. Including foul language in Spanish. Are they calling me p*ta and pend*jo? Or a coworker? 6)Three times they broke my flashlight holder until I removed it before each sloppily done wash. This location is about 30 minutes away from my house and about 15 minutes away from my job. Since I take my car to be serviced at the Lube Center, which I did today, I get a $10 card for the Auto Spa. Unfortunately, the one in Gambrills is the closest location, but the good news, they are currently building two locations closer to home, so that is something to look forward to! The cashiers at this location are always friendly. You're always greeted with a smile and a friendly salutation. The service is fast and consistent. They may miss a spot here and there, but for the most part, my car always looks 20 times better than it did when I came in. I am definitely looking forward for to the locations closer to my home opening soon, so that I can sign up for the monthly care washing service that they offer. read more

I purchased a basic membership and was charged for a few months at the platinum rate. The last 2 times I have taken my car I have been dissatisified with the service. For $70, you would think they would at least take the trash out of the vehicle or dust the dashboard. I have complained, called and written to the management and am requesting a refund from the last month's membership (haven't received a response yet). Oh, and I definitely cancelled that membership and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Crappy service, the wipe down was worse than the just letting dry on its own. The inside of glass they must have used a a dirty rag to wipe it down. For $33 dollars I feel like they should have at least tried to clean it a bit. Long story short after the worst car wash I have ever had, I spent another $299 at another professional auto retailer to get all the grim and oil off the I dose of the windows. I have passed this car wash a million times and decided to try it today. The car wash attendant, Roy greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service while explaining the car wash menu in great detail. I took his recommendation and selected the platinum package, and I was not disappointed. The waiting area was very nice and they had a refreshment area. The fish tanks were an excellent touch that enhanced my relaxation as I waited for the interior of my car to be completed. I was very pleased with the service and my car was sparkling. The inside was clean and smelled delicious. Roy had them mix different fragrances. Honestly, I have a membership at another car wash but not completely satisfied with their work. Also, the locations are not convenient. I'm seriously thinking about moving my membership to Auto Spa after having this awesome experience. read more

I paid for the gold service which was $40. Very disappointed in this service. Ended up having to clean the inside of my vehicle once I got home. Dust on my dashboard, crumbs in the cup holders and front and back seats. I opened up the cup holder so they can at least vacuum it. All they did was close it..... I also had to windex my front windshield. Better off going next door and cleaning it yourself for a cheaper price. read more

Disappointed once again. I spoke to a manager after the first not-so-great experience. She was genuinely apologetic, offered a free month of membership and she assured me they would do better. I declined because I'm not looking for a free wash, I just want it done properly when I pay for one (and tip!). I decided to try them one more time and they failed. Even talked to the cashier about my last experience hoping the message would trickle down. She too was apologetic and concerned. It didn't help. Like the first time, the exterior looked great, the floor mats and windows were cleaned and everything was vacuumed. However, the dash and console wipe down is pretty nonexistent. Well, they do wipe it down, but, for every dust particle that's removed, towel lint or dust from a previous vehicle replaces it so you walk out with your dash and console looking the same. There's no point in going back. Even when you make them aware that you've had a bad experience, they do nothing to improve. Note to manager who replies to these reviews: Don't bother contacting me. Huge letdown- I came back for a full cleaning inside & out and left with a basic car wash. I was pointing out all the places on the door and the guy just kept smiling and calling me sweetheart. I tried to wipe it down myself but he laughed and said no like I was kidding. He finally sprayed one part of the door- it all pooled in the cup holders underneath and I had to clean it out after. They didn't do the door jams, the doors, the wheels, the dash, or the seats. They vacuumed my carpets and said done deal. After repeated attempts to get them to fix it, I just left. Plants, landscaping stones, water falls, Koi ponds, complimentary beverages...What's not to like? I've come here about 4 times and received warm greetings & good service. I order the Super exterior wash (if my car is full of shopping bags) or the $25 Silver wash which includes tire dressing and fragrance. I've been pleased with each wash. This auto spa's service is solid & prices are competitive. Additionally, they have never forgotten to provide the fragrance that I select. I do a once over & identify missed areas. They address those areas without any drama. My gun metal gray ride is always glossy when I leave. I've read some of the critical reviews and I don't think it's not fair to expect a full auto detailing service for $25. I'm considering getting on a monthly plan for the summer months, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Auto Spa's systematic process does takes time... I tend to stop in on sunny weekends and it takes about 35-40 minutes to complete. Don't come here if you're in a rush. read more

First, and last time I use them. At first I was impressed that their were 6 guys to clean my car! I figured wow my car is gonna be super clean! Nope. They did a horrible job cleaning the interior of my car. They dowsed the floor mats, shook the water off a bit and put them back in my jeep! The car was left half wet on the outside and the windows smeared. They didn't even wipe down the dashboard or the inside doors. I had to pull out and dry the mats myself and finish cleaning the interior. All for $35! Never again. Save your money! read more

Had a friend tell me about the 'Gambrills Auto Spa' and how clean her car was after the visit. So I decided to make a stop. I got there around 6PM and it was dark. They have a drive up kiosk, two lanes, and an indoor auto bay area. At the drive up I could not tell if anyone was there as the kiosk was dark, no lights inside the kiosk, and while the shop area was light up I didn't see anyone. So I parked off to the side and walked up to the kiosk. Just as I got there a lady opened the door, which startled me a little as you couldn't make out anything through the darkened windows. Ok, they were open. I return to my car, drive into the right-side lane where the lady is waiting for me to determine the type service I would like. If I remember correctly, there were three service tiers. 1st one in the $20 range, 2nd one in the $30 range, and the 3rd one was just over $50. I chose the middle tier and she charged me $27; no idea why the $3 discount. But I didn't debate it either. You, the driver, take the car through a car wash. The speed is a bit faster than other car washes I've been to however, this one seemed about 1/2 longer than other car washes. Once through, you do a 180 degree turn into the auto bay. Here you exit the car as a squad of guys pull out the mats, and clean/vacuum everything. My windows, both front and back were really dirty from dust buildup so I was looking forward to seeing out of them again. While the guys are cleaning the car, you are inside at a water/coffee/tea bar. It's serve yourself. There are two large, round, fish tanks rising up from the floor and you can watch everything being done to your car through the floor to ceiling plate glass. There are his & her bathrooms, too. In less than nine minutes I was being waived at which indicates the car is ready. Wheels were shining, rims I can see myself in, a vacuumed car, and windows I can see through.
