Worst display of customer service! I come here frequently and have recommended it often. The lemon pepper was so heavy that I could not eat the wings because of the saltiness. There was a small pile of seasoning sitting in the plate. I bet yall think they cooked more. No the cashier called the manager to see what he wanted her to do. I could not get a fresh order. I could not get a refund. I was told ALL they could do was DROP THEM BACK IN THE GREASE TO GET THE SEASONING OFF. So they took the wings I'd touched and tasted and put them in the grease. I was completely appalled at this solution, and I was told it would be fine because they do it all the time! read more

always seems to have the best pizza in laurens, it's a common meet up spot with myself and friends with a nice pizza, some fries and some drinks, it's a place we enjoy to unwind and enjoy some delicious food. Moving down from New Jersey my expectations for pizza is extremely high and Mig's definitely sets the bar high for good pizza. Can't wait to go back! read more

I honestly have always liked Migs,,but as all other candies, chips or whatever the portions get smaller,,,I called ahead to place order it had been awhile since I got pizza,, I asked how big is your large pizza,, I asked because I know most people sale 14 as there large and I thought I remembered Mugs was bigger,,,,I was told there large is 16",,, I thought great..Well the pizza was pretty good for a 14" so like others asking smaller portions in place of what use to be a large at 16",,,,just don't lie about it read more

We used to love this place, not so much now. Wife called in a pizza order, was put on hold 2 times WHILE giving her the order, needless to say she didn't listen, and our pizza was wrong. Order a large house special with light sauce and extra cheese. just got a regular house special. And good lord the veggies were cut so large they dominated the pizza. A frozen Pizza would have tasted better than this thing. We literally ate 3 slices of it and threw the rest out. I should have checked the pizza before leaving store, that is my bad. But have never had a Pizza that I could not or did not want to eat or finish. read more

I ordered a chicken and pepperoni calzone with NO onions or mushrooms because I'm allergic to mushrooms and if I would have taken a bite I would have ended up in the hospital. Thank God I seen them before I ate it. I have never had an issue before tonight but this is a very big mistake. I called and all they said was they would try to get me a deal next time I go in. I've eaten here several times and it's pretty good food considering. I'm partial to the calzone and it is usually quite good. I've occasionally got pizza from here but the last few times it has been subpar. The crust was still doughy. The sauce is not great but decent. Anyone living in Laurens knows the restaurants around here are not the greatest, can't expect outstanding Italian in small-town South Carolina. (FYI, I think the original owners, and current owners of migs in greenwood, have sold it to someone else.) read more

Outstanding seafood and salads. Generous size servings and delicious . Deviled crab and popcorn shrimp made me think I was at the beach they were so good. My little girl loves their spaghetti and meatballs. One of Laurens great places. read more

Much more than pizza, there are many classic Italian dishes at Mig's including spaghetti, lasagna, and baked ziti along with the calzones, subs and pizza. Our family of five went for Mother's Day and spent just under $50.00. We all ordered entrees and added one small salad for Mom. The portions were large (we walked out with 4 to go boxes) and the small salad could have been a meal by itself. The lasagna was excellent and the baked ziti was very good as was the steak & cheese sub. Large pieces of garlic bread came with the Classic Italian dishes. The atmosphere was casual and the service was very fast. Overall, this was a great meal and we will be repeat customers. read more

I came in here once and the service was terrible. I tried to get someone's attention for a Togo box and I could find anyone. We have it another try, with the children, they had no high chairs and it took forever for someone to take our order, the only reason we didn't leave is because it is a hassle to get my 4 kids in and out of the car. When our food finally came, the girl who brought it didn't say anything, she set the food down and walked away. Such terrible service for food that isn't that great! read more

Another crap place in Laurens. Y Greeks insist on cooking Italian food is beyond me cuz it is never good. Y not make some really good Greek food? What I wouldn't do for a juicy gyro or some avgolemono. Just paid $10 for 2 fat chicken tenders, a pound of pasta with a tiny bit of canned stewed tomatoes & tasteless cheese on top, they called it chicken parm. I looked at the online menu and found the chicken and cheese calzone. The was no mention of ham on the calzone. I ordered this and as a person that does not consume pork i was highly upset to find ham on it. When i took the order back i was given the run around about receiving a refund. My family and I have been regular customers since their opening this year. We eat there every Friday or Saturday faithfully and spend no less than $40/week. However, we will never return there again! The owner is a rude man and should take some customer service classes! Today we ordered the usual for our son and my husband and I decided to try something different, the Crispy chicken sub. We normally order a basket of fries and a basket of onion rings but the nice lady at the counter suggested the 1/2 1/2 basket. We get our order and our basket is primarily full of fries with 5 onion rings that look almost burned. We don't complain because every restaurant has there bad days. We split the basket up between the two of us and start eating and I notice an after taste after eating my fries (that bad grease taste). I ask my husband to taste his because he doesn't eat ketchup and I thought maybe it was the ketchup or my taste was off. He agreed they tasted awful. My husband goes to the front to let them know and asked could we exchange our basket for just onion rings instead. The basket we either more or a tad bit less than the onion ring basket and he offered to pay the difference. The owner comes up front (the man you see smoking like a chimney outside of the store 24/7) and tells my husband he's wrong, nothing is wrong with the fries. Everything is made fresh in 100% Vegetable oil. He then takes our baskets and tosses them near the trash. I go up and ask the cashier for to go boxes because clearly we are very upset. As we're getting our things to leave, he comes up with a basket of onion rings and tells me HERE! I say, we are not eating them, we are regular patrons, we don't want our money back, but we will never come here again. He still tries to argue that everyone is eating fries and we are the only ones with a problem. BEWARE IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG!!! read more
