There were at least 20 different things wrong, the oven was broken, the stove barely worked, the ventilation broken, the back door didn't lock, and the garage was filled with debris and a secret tenant. Just to name a few issues out of many. From day one, we took pictures and notified the company. They said they would take care of it. Weeks would go by with radio silence. It is like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. It took 6 months to get the stove replaced, after it had been removed with no replacement in sight for 3 weeks. Only been here for 6 months. The ceiling caved in, black mold everywhere. Took forever to get that taken care of. Everytime we called when we were lucky enough to get an answer, we were given the run around. The staff is incredibly condescending when these issues should have been fixed prior to us moving in like they promised. The repair men they hired continuously missed appointments and when they did show up, it was 5 hours late and they couldn't do much after dark. The newest repairman bailed three separate times, despite us working hard to accommodate their schedule and missing work to make it here. The guy shows up, reeking of booze and very rude. Leaves the breaker box off and not telling us like it's our fault. I know desperate times call for desperate measures but don't be like me and settle for this actual roach infested slum. Theyre nice to your face, promise to help because they care about you, but something always comes up and "there's nothing" they can do.

So I was dealing with this realtor's under study, named Omar Flores, he is the one that actually…read moreshowed me the homes, ect., he constantly assured me this company would fight as hard as they could to get me the best price, and all things in an inspection report would be fixed before moving in as well. So that was not the case, there is multiple issues, and as for 1 of the issues, which was broken windows, Omar assured me they would be fixed at the cost of the realtor company as per Miguel Hernandez. How ever, they only fixed one window, which was the smallest one by the way, and I called several times, and even text, and asked for a personal call from this Miguel, however once the sale was done, so was he. I do obtain text in my possession from Omar Flores, with this information and I am looking into a small claims court case well. This Miguel also tried to pursue me to to purchase the first home i was interested in, but I declined due to it contains a septic tank, which i did not feel comfortable with, he is very arrogant and lacks customer skill relation, etc. i have my home inspection report, and I still have all texts from Omar Flores which states all my issues. It should be embarrassing to brag that you such a top realtor, yet cant seem to uphold an agreement which would seem like a minimal financial cost to his reputation and or company. In this time of ICE against our own culture, be on high alert for shady realtor as well, that only will communicate with you until he has received his money, and could care less of coaching his team to stick by the words you communicate to your customers. Will discourage people on a daily basis to work with him.
