Monetary loss, very hard for senior citizens to ambulate, very labor intensive intensive, no time to hire someone to complete the manual labor. Two seniors had to complete. We have a new stoop. Found the perfect place and people at Bart's, especially the owner/operator, Tom B. He told me how to measure the room and responded quickly after I sent him a diagram of the two bedrooms we wanted to improve. We ultimately decided to use a nice grade carpet and I visited the showroom, kept a few feet away and considered the options, with Tom's great counsel. The whole process, even in this odd environment, was painless and the communications were great. The installers took their time and did a quality job. I feel we got a fair price, maybe a few bucks more than we might have spent at one of the big home improvement stores, but I'm happy I decided to deal with and get great service from Bart's.

We had a 1970s kitchen in Charlestown, RI that was in desperate need of updating and a first floor that needed a face lift- Columbia House brought our condo up to speed and we couldn't be happier. They did a complete gut of our kitchen, replaced all the flooring on the first floor, updated the first floor bathroom, and installed all new doors throughout the house. With the kitchen, Mike, Dan and Nate removed a wall, installed new cabinets, countertop, put in a custom recessed cabinet, relocated heating, installed a gorgeous marble backsplash complete with under cabinet lighting and installed wide-plank flooring. In the bathroom, once again, another custom recessed fixture, new vanity, flooring, shelves, lighting, and popcorn ceiling removal. They finished ahead of schedule- and we are impressed. Honestly, we can't recommend these guys enough. You should hire them.
