Found the perfect place and people at Bart's, especially the owner/operator, Tom B. He told me how to measure the room and responded quickly after I sent him a diagram of the two bedrooms we wanted to improve. We ultimately decided to use a nice grade carpet and I visited the showroom, kept a few feet away and considered the options, with Tom's great counsel. The whole process, even in this odd environment, was painless and the communications were great. The installers took their time and did a quality job. I feel we got a fair price, maybe a few bucks more than we might have spent at one of the big home improvement stores, but I'm happy I decided to deal with and get great service from Bart's.

My concerns vanished quickly. Scott and Danny are two brothers that provided an outstanding experience and a top notch end-product. The five star rating was given due to the following factors: 1. They not only transformed the table, through meticulous sanding and multiple coat applications, but actually managed to exceed my best expectations for the final outcome of the table. 2. Communication was exceptional and immediate. Their arrival was always pre-announced and punctual, which has become rare today. 3. Total honesty and transparency. 4. They went out of their way to accommodate all my requests, in addition to providing me with knowledge, advice, and assistance with other pieces of furniture as well as our own hard wood floors. 5. Their charges were so reasonable, considering the level of effort, that I felt I was being undercharged and this was not a fair trade. I subsequently paid 20% more than quoted. I will use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to whoever I meet with flooring or furnishing renovation requirements.
