Without all the details, I was stunned by the immediate defensive attitude of the office manager when I inquired as to why I was told my appointment was at 6:45 am (I arrived early as you do for a 1st visit), when in fact they won't open the doors until 6:45 am, so I waited in my car for 30 minutes. "Just wait in your car with the motor running." and "It's not even cold today." It was 36 degrees. I was also told I would have my annual physical (the whole reason I made the appointment) before I came in, but when I got there I was told I'd have to come back for that, that this was just a meet and greet. I can't comment on the doctors as I never saw them. I wasn't going to stay after being treated this way. Hard to describe in words how hostile they reacted to my asking questions about the offices communication. Guess they aren't used to being called out on their condescending behavior.

I lost 50 lbs and Dr Shawna Purcell MD regularly monitors my blood sugars and chemistry. She is an Endocrinologist. Diabetics ultimately need one on their side if you want to stay healthy. Tests are important. I must have facts. I get them here. Dr Purcell also has a nutritionist work with me and they help. Since you've gotten this far in my review I believe you really want help.
