The woman at the counter was also rude enough to not acknowledge my presence, it felt as though I was invisible in that moment. Also when asking her questions about items her tone and demeanor as a whole was just so condescending. Overall I ok did not feel welcomed, and I don't think I'll even come back to this establishment.

There's plenty of parking at the store. The ambiance is always BUSY, and of course, the line is typically super long, with no separate line for returns. But I don't expect too much from a Ross.
