I felt that she did such a meticulous job and was absolutely so accommodating to all my hair goals. I have naturally dark and thick Asian hair with faded ombré so to get this result that exceeds by expectations is astonishing! I definitely recommend Liz if you want to get your hair done here ~ Also everyone did amazing with maintaining COVID protocols from what I saw. Everyone always wore a mask and sanitized after every person so always a plus! I was texted right before my appointment to be notified that the station was nice and clean for me to use :)

I told them to stop but they wanted the mo ey so bad .. my mom came and told them to stop ! she said she would charge for the wash! then let me leave with half hair in black sticky gel!!! these people are rude!!!!! and then had the nerve to be acting like they were praying in the other room but rude and tried to hold me hostage why my mom went to get her credit card from the car . I guess they thought that we were not going to pay for thwm washing my hair .. which again I left with tons of black gel in my hair! them people do not kno me what your talking about only money !!! and then there mean and rude!!!! and they talk about you while your sitting there and amongst themelves, that s so rude , disrespectful and just ungrateful. people come to your shop to get serviced and you have a problem with them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! to treat a kid this way and then they have people gambling outside and drinking and smoking right in front! so unsafe !!!! they get no stars... throw the whole shop away!

The massage chair was comfortable and the pedi started out with a quiet, relaxing footbath for at least 15 minutes before it was started. That was lovely! Jess, the nail tech, was sweet, charming and very good at her job. The salon itself is welcoming, everyone was very friendly. The decor was calming and relaxing. The location on Central is a little tough, but it's worth the trip. The massage and haircut prices are competitive and I will definitely be back for those services as well since I've been looking for a new salon.

I've been going there since the owner Sarah opened the salon over 10 years ago. Not only does she do great work so does everyone else.
