Anyways I had a friend come visit me at my store the other day and yes I started to complain about the mall security and how someone stole my bike off my truck. She asked me about the claim I told her my car insurance would not pay for it she laughed and said my homeowners would cover it. I figured it couldn't hurt to try so I contacted Renee she was very helpful she got the claims office on the line as they took all the information (she also stayed on the line) the claims lady gave me a number told me the adjuster will be calling me. Within 4 days they paid my claim. Renee constantly kept in touch not make sure things were running smooth. I would recommend this agent to anyone five stars from me you deserve it. On Dec 6 as I received a termination letter and inquired why. On Dec 7, they said they would respond by Dec 8. I did not receive a response. I contacted my lender explaining that I hadn't heard from Garner Insurance, after which the lender called them and they replied saying they would find out more and again would be in touch with me first in the morning (Dec 12). They never reached back out or followed through on their commitments. I was able to find out from another provider that the policy they issued me through UU Insurance does not cover flat roofs. I'm not sure how this was missed, given the documentation I provided them had pictures and literally said "flat roof". They put me in a difficult position through a seemingly avoidable miss-step. Combine that behavior with them not following through on two commitments is one of the worst insurance experiences I have encountered. If you have insurance needs, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.
