In just a short couple of months, I can't believe how much I have improved. My teacher helps me set goals and has me try innovative ways to approach the keys while trying to sing at the same time. I'm not a great multitasker. :) I had always been classically trained and only really knew how to read basic sheet music and I understood music theory on paper, but hadn't really applied it on piano. Now I'm reading lead sheets and creating left hand bass lines! I always look forward to my lessons, and I can't stress enough how important this is for a beginner, intermediate or advanced student to come and improve their craft.
