Our son has been taking drum lessons at Alpha Omega for close to three years, and prior to that took 4 years of guitar lessons (he started guitar in kindergarten). He has developed into a pretty good drummer, and the primary reason for that is the instruction he's received at Alpha Omega; he's currently one of two 6th graders in the middle school jazz band (they almost always only take 7th and 8th graders). Ken is an excellent teacher; he has a way of inspiring/influencing his students to be their best. Their rates are very good considering the level of instruction they provide their students; these are all professional musicians. Our son has also attended the vacation camps and has really enjoyed them, being able to apply his lessons to playing in a rock band for a week. This little music shop has been around forever! My mom used to take me here on occasion to get sheet music or strings back when I was a youngin' in school. I came here recently to get some accessories for a new guitar I bought. The gentleman at the counter was so kind and friendly and he helped me out with picking out the right types I needed. If you need guitar picks they have a large selection of prepackaged, and "pick" your own at 3 for $1. They also had a large selection of different guitar straps with varying prices that were comparable to what you'd find on Amazon. In addition to guitar supplies and sheet music, they sell instruments, have a repair shop, and offer lessons. It's your one stop shop for music! read more

After six months taking drums (in addition to piano) my daughter was able to play in the winter vacation band, record an original song, and loves to go to take lessons. Our instructor Jason pushes her to do better in piano and drums, so we recently added guitar. My daughter is challenged every time, and loves just jamming with Jason. We are not just learning theory, but how to feel the music. We heard about the studio from a friend a year and a half ago and came to check them out. We both love coming to the studio. We have never had a problem with rescheduling due to travel or sickness, with their policy they need 24 hour notice. We communicate with our instructor directly. read more

With two studios, a small store and a warm family environment- we couldn't have asked for more. All 3 of my sons took lessons there- guitar, drums, and a beat making class. Although my older son's interests have changed, we are still rocking drum lessons there and love it. After 4 lessons my 6 year old was drumming out beats to a songs, learning timing, and introduced to music reading. The instructor also sent us a sound clip of their "song." Alpha Omega Studio is one of the best music studio's I have been to. The owner Ken is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great with the kids. We have taken Guitar, piano,violin and Drums here. Brian teaches my boys drums and piano currently and is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and my kids can't wait to get there every week. I had heard so many good things about Alpha Omega but thought maybe it was too big of a school for our family and we'd be lost and just a number. Totally not the case! This studio is so great for all sorts of musical lessons. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the teachers are upbeat, professional, and great with all of my kids. They learn so quickly and enjoy their lessons!
