She had a great classroom experience, received comprehensive on-road instruction, and successfully completed her license test. As a parent, my encounters were just as good. Business owner, Frank Gueli, was both responsive and accommodating of my scheduling requests -- making every effort to move our daughter through the process so she was able to earn her license in a timely manner. I also appreciated his follow-up in booking her RMV appointment and confirming the paperwork we needed. The process of teaching a child to drive is challenging enough for a parent. The instructor fell asleep when my daughter was driving on the…read morehighway and you have to go to Haverhill RMV for the road test and have a 50-50 chance of getting the rogue RMV inspector who is looking for an excuse to fail Andover kids. My daughter did everything right and the Andover Auto instructor thought she had passed and gave her the two thumbs up only to get a no pass for improper hand placement. DO NOT take your road test in Haverhill if you are from Andover. He failed many other kids and actually interrupted them and yelled at them during the road test. I have heard N. Andover is better and my son took lessons and the road test with Agganis and learned to drive well and passed without a problem as did everyone else who took the test, unlike what is happening in Haverhill.

We cooked, we laughed, we drank, we cooked some more and just had the most amazing dinner. Everything was geared towards what we wanted as far as the menu, the flavors, the amount and type of spices. Everything came out wonderful. Shilpi brought everything and used a few of our pots and serving dishes and while we were eating, cleaned the space so you wouldn't even know someone was there. Spectacular. Not to mention Shilpi and Raghav were very personable and were mingling with our friends while preparing everything. If you are in the market for this type of experience, don't hesitate. All the spices came by mail before the first day of class and it was great fun going through them. That package also included the recipe sheets which I posted on my fridge each week to get ready. Although the spices come by mail, you buy the rest of the ingredients yourself based on the recipe lists. So each week I went shopping for any ingredients I'd need, leaving myself a good amount of time to prep everything I had to before class. Shilpi sends out an email each week suggesting what to prep ahead so planning is easy. All the meals came out great - even the ones I made mistakes on or tweaked a bit were awesome. Shilpi is super helpful about working with any dietary preferences or figuring out what to do if you forgot to buy an ingredient. Watching everyone else online and seeing their creations is half the fun. Best of all, each day we had enough leftovers for a second meal.

I called her to register my son for road test and sponsor, she asked me to register and pay the fees which I did right away, then no respond to her emails or phones until 2 day later to tell me, I need to cancel the test appointment at RMV, and I did right away. No respond again until I gave up and transferred to another auto school. She responded a day after to tell me she can't do it due to my transfer and no money to refund?? She charged me $150 and provide me no service.
