I called Mike Norman Realty with a simple question about a condo that I was trying to rent for the coming season. All I wanted to know was lf they had received a text that I had sent them. I never even got a chance to ask before the person on the phone launched into tirade about how busy they were. I got the feeling that I was somehow doing the wrong thing in actually asking a question. The person was both abrupt and dismissive. I ended up canceling the booking. If their business is so good that they cannot show common courtesy to their customers, they don't need my business. I went online and booked a better place through another realtor who could not have been more accommodating. read more

Not surprised to see the low rating. This company does not understand customer service. Bed bugs in our room and a continual escalation by them denying it instead of simply listening, apologizing, and asking what they could do to make it right. Glad we booked through VRBO so we could get the full refund. A whole day ruined and covered in bites for the rest of it! We had to pay additional fees to rent last minute through another company as they wanted to fumigated the house but WOULD NOT put us up in another one! Absolutely ridiculous service. Although we had rented frequently from MNR in the past without incident, I soon discovered that if there is a problem, they are horrible to work with. My story: My husband died unexpectedly and I wanted to cancel our three month rental. I called and talked to Rochelle who said they would make an effort to rerent the unit. This was in September and our scheduled arrival was January. in mid December, I saw on their website that the unit had been rebooked except for the first 21 days of January so I again called Rochelle. She said that although they had rebooked the unit at a higher rate, they hadn't yet made the income threshold. So I agreed to book 11 of the unused days at the higher rate to meet the threshold. We verbally agreed on the amount of the deposit refund and that I would pick up the refund check when I arrived on the island. When I arrived to pick up the check I was then told that i had been informed wrong and still owed almost $2000 for the unused days. That is when the fun started. Had I known, I could and would have arrived nine days earlier. There was no discussion or apology or acknowledgement that i had acted in good faith on Rochelle's information and now there was no option or recourse. I was instead given a huge amount of attitude and rudeness from both Lisa and Rochelle along with a substantially smaller refund check. The cherry on the cake was when they they also charged me a cancellation fee! There are many other rental companies to choose from on the Island. Don't use MNR. read more

If you are looking for a poorly represented house that is overpriced and run by a horribly rude real estate company, then this is the house for you. Perhaps the fact that there was only one review on Mike Norman's website for this house should have alerted us to the fact that there was something shady about this house. Old tiny televisions, horribly uncomfortable mattresses, broken pool that we had the pleasure of adding water to everyday so we could use it. Dishwasher broke on day 2 (cmon, I'm sure it was broken when we got there) and would leave huge pools of water on the kitchen floor. We couldn't run the AC in the master, b/c it was so loud and rattling. My husband ended up sleeping in one of the twin beds upstairs. No beach chairs or umbrellas (there was a great rental place for that around the corner). But the worst part about the whole experience was communicating with Mike Norman Real Estate. Each of the representatives that I spoke to were incredibly rude and defensive, never apologized for any of the sub par accommodations and when I went to go return the keys to their office, I was received by likely the same women I had spoken to on the phone. Even more rude this time, and a couple of her colleagues even joined in on her disdain for me. Classy. She would barely engage or talk to me. She said WHAT DO YOU WANT? DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK??? I told her that I would not feel comfortable asking for the money back. Feel free to offer up anything.... an apology, a better experience for the next time??!! I shouldn't have to ask for anything. They had asked me to send them an email earlier in the week, stating all the things that were wrong or broken. That's exactly what I did. She was kind enough to tell me that they ordered new TVs for the house. Not really sure how that benefits us on our way out, but okay. Yay for the next people coming in to stay. I did want to mention, that Daniel Figueredo, who handles maintenance on Mike Norman's properties was great. He was very nice, apologetic, etc. the times he stopped by the house. By the way, we absolutely LOVE Anna Maria Island. No confusion there. We spent most of the month of January on the island and in 2 other rental houses that were both great (rented on AirBnb). read more

We rented 104 49th Street, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island Florida through Mike Norman Realty and the porperty was not up to par. The location was just steps from the beach which was a superb feature. The layout of the property was very odd-- you either had to cut through a bedroom to get to another bedroom or cut through a bathroom. The carport door opened right onto a toilet. Besides an odd layout, the unit was to accommodate 10 and while it did - the beds were old, the linens and pillows even older and rooms were dark because the renovations had the windows closed over. Dinner table had 5 chairs, outside tables were rusty and old. The office staff just tried to solve our situation by having items dropped off but in the end we were not pleased with their approach. Anna Maria itself was great for a vacation and we booked again before we left through a different realtor. read more

Rented from Mke Norman, here's what happened: Thursday, November xx, 2012 Property was checked into. Rug in living room was so dirty, we rolled it up and shoved it underneath a bed. The state it is in now is exactly the state it was left in, after the cleaning crew had already been there. It had not been shaken, vacuumed, or cleaned in any way. Someone trips in the front area because there are no lights whatsoever outside, front or back, as well as in front hallway. No lights at all outside! Friday, November xx, 2012 Approx 12pm - Called office about internet not working, was told they would work on getting someone out there, no timeline or expectation given. Approx 2pm - 2 hours later, called to tell them I fixed the internet, (password was not correct, was set to WPA-PSK, AES, with a different numerical password.) Changed to AES + TKIP, changed password to what it was supposed to be, and it worked. Told them not necessary to send someone out. Told them many of the light bulbs were out, asked if it was ok to replace them. Was told yes, they seemed rather shocked on the phone that someone would call and ask this. They did indicate that they would reimburse for the expense of the light bulbs. Approx 2:30pm - Called about fireplace, was told they would send someone to look at it. No expectation given. Approx 3pm - Called an hour or two later to tell them all 7 or 8 of the garage outlets were not working (all of them). At that time they told me that the fireplace would not work because there was no propane tank, and that they would send someone to look at the garage outlets, no expectation given. Approx 4pm - Front door handle fell off. Realized at this point at least 4 hours into the progression of the afternoon that maintenance may never come in time, particularly as no expectation was given, so it was best to just fix it. Front door handle should be replaced. Went ahead and rewired 3 outside speakers that didn't work at all - the 4th could not be repaired, and has now been relocated to 3rd floor outside north. Rewiring indicates cutting the corroded cable back a little from the end and trying to work back towards some of the cable where the copper is still conductive, as the copper was completely black from the elements (inside, under the outer jacket). Also removed the screws hanging the speaker brackets and used new screws to re-secure the brackets. They are now secure and stable. Saturday, November xx, 2012 2pm - Maintenance shows up and finds the tripped GFI switch for the garage after about an hour. 4 of the outlets work now. (Extension cord already run from upstairs the day before.) Also installed remaining light bulbs outside. Went into office when time to check out, and the attitude that we were given was one of disbelief, "why didn't you call us", "he came out to fix the light bulbs as soon as he could", I replied that it was over 24 hours later, then they said "well, he has over 400 units to work on." When I asked about a possible discount she said "for the light bulbs being out?" At that point I quit, because I was becoming furious. ****Now, to give some positive statement so it is not all negative, let me say the following: the property was beautiful, the ocean was amazing, and the time spent there was definitely very enjoyable! There were speakers in every room in the house, which made the experience twice as, enjoyable - but during our stay I used their second amplifier that they had in the rack, unused, so I could actually adjust the outside speakers separately from the inside - it had been disproportionate - it would be barely loud enough to hear outside even when blaring inside. A little tech work resolved that, and we thoroughly enjoyed the music! If you're low-key and just want to relax, then their rentals may work for you. They also accepted the deposit in increments. If you expect good customer service, or a concerned or quick response if something doesn't work, this is not your best option. The only factor that kept this from being the ultimate experience was the attitude of the people in the office, all they had to do was listen and say I understand, and appear to at least be a little sympathetic. My family and I have rented many, many beach houses from mike norman over the years and can honestly say that the customer service and professionalism is tops in my book. As we usually rent around a holiday, the island & the mike norman office are very, very busy. This has never been a problem for my family, as the women in that office have always done whatever they can to accomodate us, and usually more. Cable was out..someone was there in an hour to fix it. The mike norman office has been around going on 35 years so the local knowledge they bring is beyond measure. Best recommends for food, fun, & family I work in customer service myself, so, I always appreciate it when is done well...and they are doing it well read more

Beware! Just so you don't have high expectations for customer service from Mike Norman Realty; I warn you ahead of time. Our good friend invited us to stay the last week of her month long rental on Anna Maria Island. The rental was pricey but the location was beautiful; across from the beach, clean and comfortable. When we arrived the refrigerator was still leaking on the floor, requiring a towel 24/7. During our stay the ice maker broke (evidently the second time, never fixed). Two bedroom TV's never worked at all. The elevator broke near the end of our stay which meant carrying everything down from the second floor when leaving. When a few of us got "stuck" in the elevator a short time the day before it broke for good, the elevator "emergency phone" instructed us to call the landline in either unit for "help". Guess what- neither units' landlines ever worked (advertised they were available). My friend was only slightly compensated for inability to use the outside deck/balcony or open windows because of the dust and very loud noise from heavy equipment and road construction in front of the house (starting at 7am). The folks in the first floor unit were just as frustrated as they and our friend brought all these problems (there were more) as they occurred to the attention of the realty office. There were no apologies, just short comments that they were "trying"- but showing up 8 days later to fix a fridge leak (still no ice repair) isn't trying. All other problems not taken care of! Our friend said having to sign a non-disparagement clause should have been a red flag. Since I was a guest I feel I should warn others to be careful when renting from this realty! Woyld give ZERO if we could. We ented for one month on anna maria island, location and property was nice but it had many issues and also was not at all clean, including ROACHES, no internet, TV not working, sink clogged, no good beach items, icky sheets. I contacted MNR several times before arriving to confirm many things. I have all emails. Much of what Rachelle Bowres told me was not accurate, and she was the most rude person I have dealt with in a long time. Just plain rude, indifferent and accused me of dishonesty when I reported the concerns especially cleanliness and roaches. She never once was polite or calm or accommodating. She was terse and rude in emails and on the phone and it took several emails and calls to get her to even respond. Cannot believe this company and their questionable ethics and treatment of customers. read more

We leased a home at 104 49th St., Holmes Beach, Florida from Mike Norman Realty. The home is named Turtle Mingo. It is advertised as a 5 bedroom, 3 bath. It's probably 20 steps from the beach access and approximately 100 steps from the gulf. Make no mistake here, you are paying the hefty rental fees just for the location. The floor plan is horrible. If you attempt to actually use 5 bedrooms, only one of them has any privacy at all. Allow me to explain that statement. To access bedroom 2, you must walk through bathroom 1 and bathroom1. Yes, you read that right! So that means, if you are using bedrooms one or two, you must pass through them to use the other ( in addition to walking through bathroom 1). Bedroom 3 is accessed via a hallway so that room has privacy. It does NOT however have a window which opens to the outside. There are two windows in bedroom 3 ; one opens to a storage area and the other to bedroom 2. It is very dark and stuffy. To access the master bedroom, you must walk through bedroom 4, a laundry room and bathroom 3. So, after being forced to pass through 3 rooms, you can enter the master bedroom. The master bedroom has three doors and two windows. One door opens to the garage, one to a storage area, one to the laundry room. One window opens to a storage area and one to the outside. The home has not been updated at all, except for a new washer and dryer and one new tv. The new tv arrived only after we complained about the age and poor images on the tv in the living room. The tv in the master bedroom is unwatchable due to poor quality images, static, darkness and sheer age! The tub in bathroom 2 did not have a workable drain stop. We purchased a rubber one so someone could take a bath instead of just a shower. The shower in bathroom 3 is barely "cruise ship" size and has no light source. The first time I used this shower, the hot water off/on knob turned right out of the wall. This left the hot water flowing freely until my husband procured a wrench to turn the pipe off at the entry point. A plumber was summoned and after a day &1/2 we could use that shower again. How could we make this error after viewing photos on line? The photos are taken from angles which conceal these facts. Yes, the house looks dated and kitschy in the photos, but hey, it's a 70's beach house and looks like one. The floor plan is carefully CONCEALED.. Prior to renting, we asked to tour the home and we were told there were tenants who did not wish to be disturbed. It truly is dishonesty on the part of the owner and the rental agency. When we expressed our displeasure in the situation, the folks at Mike Norman Realty said, "Oh gee, sorry. No one else complains about the floor plan". After speaking with several beach goers, we learned that was untrue. So I am putting the FYI and a warning out there. BEWARE of this rental!!! Big bucks, tiny value. No privacy in the majority of bedrooms. Sparse updates. Bizarre floor plan. Inconvenient layout. Poor ventilation due to windows opening in to other rooms or storage areas. Poor lighting. Overall, a bad rental choice misrepresented by the realty company and owner. read more

Rochelle provided excellent customer service!! With Covid-19 and the vacation rental ban, we talked frequently and got my week at Gulf View 205 rescheduled when the rental ban was lifted. The condo was fantastic - it was beautifully decorated. There were many conveniences like multiple plug-ins for phone chargers and hooks on the balcony for wet towels and bathing suits, just to name a couple. The location was perfect within walking distance to the Bridge Street Pier and numerous restaurants and shops. This was our fourth year at Anna Maria Island, and we'll be staying in this condo again next year. read more

Since my mother passed away, my family and I travel during the holidays to get through them more easily. We have rented vacation homes on Anna Maria Island for 4 years. Our worst experience was with Mike Norman Realty. After confirming availability of a home, booking our flights and sending a deposit, we were told that Mike Norman had not communicated properly with the homeowner and that the dates we'd booked weren't actually available. Having already booked our flights, we were locked into the dates and at the mercy of the realty company. Mike Norman found a second house that was "comparable" to the home we'd originally planned to rent. Upon arrival we found the home to not be comparable. Immediately we found issues relating to Internet access, space and size of the home and the ability to use the pool. All of these features were included within the home we'd originally booked. The biggest frustration was that Mike Norman seemed completely indifferent to our concerns. We attempted to rent a home from another agency, but Mike Norman would not refund our money. Mike Norman also refused to reduce the price based on the indisputable differences between the homes. Even though this situation was born from their sole mistake, Mike Norman Realty exhibited a clear lack of concern regarding our satisfaction and comfort. Though we'd previously rented from Mike Norman, I would never rent from them again. I prefer to spend my money with the good conscience that if there ever was a problem, I could rely upon the Realty company to act as an advocate and in some way address my concerns. You won't get that here, so buyer beware. read more

We rented a condo on Anna Maria Island last week. The location was ideal, and right on the beach. However: 1. The main bath wasn't cleaned at all. There were dirty towels left in the bath (still wet), and the tub was full of sand. There was toothpaste in the sink (ugh!). In addition, the toilet was running. 2. The guest bedroom wasn't cleaned. There was trash and dirt on the carpet. 3. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. 4. I checked to see what "basic linens" were before coming. We didn't have enough bath towels for all six of us, and there was one dishtowel, and no dishcloths. 5. The disposal didn't work. I called for service on the icemaker and disposal (that also didn't work). The disposal was fixed, but the ice maker couldn't be. I also called for cleaning. They vacuumed the guest room, but did not clean the bathroom. In addition, many lights didn't work or would flash (safety, anyone?). My son and his family rented from the same realtor, at a building next door. They had ants, and the place wasn't clean. They didn't call for service, and have been informed they are being charged $200 for "condition of the unit", when it was left in good condition. read more

The property we rented was not very clean. The bathroom tub barely drained. The bedroom smelled like pet urine. The kitchen had ants. Dust was everywhere. It was our wedding week so we cleaned it up as best we could and just figured it wasn't worth the time to complain. And with it being spring break, we probably weren't going to be able to find anything else. We cleaned that house and even bought candles to cover up the urine smell and ant traps for the kitchen. Then bc we didn't wash the sheets (the same sheets we had to wash on night one bc they had so much sand in them), we were charged a $200 cleaning fee. Now keep in mind we already paid $180 for cleaning fee as part of our overall rental charges. When I called Rochelle to see if we could come to some kind of agreement, she was extremely rude. Never have I spent that kind of money and been treated so poorly. I would never use these snakes again. She even said she had to hire in an additional cleaning crew and that they were there from 10 am to 6 pm at night. This was a one bedroom apartment. It was so small that anyone could have deep cleaned that place in 2-3 hours max. I have stayed at AMI before. It's a wonderful place. My advice use someone else. My disappointment with this agency deserves no star at all. Our condo was La Plage #11. Although it was beautiful, it is advertised as a three bed room. The 3rd "bedroom" is a den with a pull out sofa which we were aware of prior to our stay. However, It was so old and the mattress so poor, it could not be slept on especially for a five month pregnant woman! We called and were delivered a blow up air mattress the next evening. Imagine spending $3700.00 on a unit and sleeping on a blow up mattress for an entire week. Also, there were no extra pillow cases or towels. On Sunday our coffee pot broke and I called the only available number which was an emergency number. I understand we didn't have broken pipes or anything but I called three times and no one called me back. One of my favorite things to do is to have a cup of coffee on my balcony each morning, but instead I was out buying coffee for my family at $18.00 each morning! Finally, later the next day after another call, which I was told by the answering service, my issue was not an emergency and her rudeness sent me over the top. I had a call from the maintenance man and was told to go buy a new pot and turn in my receipt. I did go into the office with my receipt on Jan 2, and they reimbursed me for the pot and one morning of coffee. It was obvious to me, that they thought I was a total pain to them and they were not at all gracious or understanding of my frustrations but annoyed with me. I understand my calls were made on a Sunday and a holiday, but it was our vacation and I should not have had to deal with these issues to begin with. We paid highly for simple comforts and service and were treated as if we were a nuisance to them. Since we travel there often and have many friends who visit AMI we will not use this management/rental company again. There are many other choices on the island and have always had good experiences over the years. read more

VACATION FROM HELL! I Decided to rent a place on AMI for our Thanksgiving Vacation and surprised my husband with the rental for our vacation. The unit at 1105 Gulf Drive, Unit 3, appeared to look clean, updated and have the perfect space for our small family (me, husband, and a 22 MONTH old) to enjoy for the week. We drove all day from NC and arrived around 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening. When we arrived, we noticed another car at the unit below and assumed there were renters below us. We were in bed by 10:00 pm, however, the next morning, I got a call from Maryann at MN questioning me as to what had happened the previous night when we arrived. When I replied with no clue as to what she was referring to, she told me that the renters below had called asking them to call the cops b/c they were "fearing for their lives." I explained that we were all fine and heard nothing, however I began to notice as the first full day of our vacation progressed that the people below us had not surfaced, blinds drawn in the unit and their SUV also never moved. I began to wonder if they were OK in there and decided to call back to MN Realty to ask Maryann if they were OK (since they had called fearing for their lives.) I was told that it must have been a "fluke" thing, but she agreed that it was strange that the people hadn't been seen. Fast forward to the second morning of our vacation at about 9:00 am. My husband and I were still laying in bed and our almost 2 year old had woken and was walking around the unit to come climb in bed with us when suddenly our entire floor sounded like someone was going to come through it, shaking the whole unit. My husband quickly got up and began to walk across the floor when the banging started again. He went outside to find the man from the unit below us outside as well, pretending like he didn't know what was going on. AGAIN, we call MN realty and they come out to the units to investigate the situation. Apparently, this property has NO insulation between the floors and they could hear every step our little one took. They continued to bang on their roof/our floor with every step we took. As if that didn't make it uncomfortable enough, that evening, the property was swarmed with cops unexpectedly. We arrived to find the man renting below us in handcuffs and being heavily questioned by several officers. We were also questioned by the police in front of the other tenant, about anything we had seen from the other tenant in the previous couple of days. We were notified by the police that the car they had arrived in was "stolen" and that both the man and his wife had warrants out in GA and they were hiding out in this unit. WONDERFUL!!! Police decided they could not arrest him (but did take the vehicle) because the warrants were not in the state of FL. At this point, we felt extremely uncomfortable staying above them, knowing they were wanted, and not knowing if they were dangerous. We began trying to call someone from MN Realty that evening, but the only "emergency" or after hours numbers they provide are for plumbers, cleaning crew, etc. They do not offer a way to reach anyone on their staff in the event of true need, after hours. After spending the entire evening searching for numbers on whitepages and google, I finally found a number that worked and left a message for one of their employees that I hoped would call back. The next day was Thanksgiving, and we still hadn't heard back from the realty company. We walked on egg shells all day and tried to keep our toddler as still as a toddler can be kept. At about 3:00 pm, we had my husbands family come to our unit for Thanksgiving dinner. As we were sitting down to dinner, a sudden banging came at our door. My husband opened it to find the tenants below us screaming once again because they could hear us all conversing and walking around. What were we supposed to do!?! At this point, we were four days in to our vacation and the entire time had been spent dealing with the ppl below us and trying to contact the rental agency for help with no real response. Finally, close to midnight on Thanksgiving, I got a call from someone at MN to let us know that we could move to a house they had available...so at midnight, we pack up everything, wake our toddler out of bed and move. While we appreciated the move to a new home that was bigger and nicer than our unit, the majority of our vacation was already over. We spent 2 nights and 1 full day in the new place before leaving to go back to NC. Before we left, we stopped by the rental agency to express our concerns again and to ask if we could be refunded for the portion of our vacation that was completely ruined. They agreed to call us on Monday with an answer....today is Thursday, 12/5 and my husband had to finally call them, as we had heard nothing all week. When he called this morning, the lady hung up on him and was completely rude and blamed us for everything. read more

Rochelle was particularly helpful with helping us find the right property for our needs. She was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. If I could give them a Zero or a No Star rating I would. First let me say we (my dad and I) had no problem with the property itself just with theses shady property managers and VRBO. First I thought I was communicating with the actual owner but I had a few questions so I called and quickly realized I was talking to a management company. After a few calls I thought we had worked out the details so I decided to book and gave them my credit card details. Then things took a turn when the contract/invoice came in my email. After reviewing the invoice a second time I realized something was wrong. They had sold/charged me a non-refundable damage insurance fee that was not explained to me during my phone conversation. When I challenged them on it they said I could instead pay them a $3000.00 damage deposit in lieu of the insurance. I nearly fell out of my chair and told them it was outrageous! I'm 50 and my Dad is 85, what the hell kind of damage were we going to do? I have rented all over the world and no one and I mean no one has ever asked for such a thing? Not to mention a credit card is typically used as the promise of payment when damages are incurred but get this...they wanted me to mail them a check! They also would refund my insurance payment in the form of a check but not until they received my check for deposit. Unreal! Its 2015, you guys ever heard of a credit on the account I paid out of? Well, just for the principle of things I did send them a check and three weeks later I got my refund check. Small victory but now my checking account is out 3K for the next 4 months. We get there on a Sunday and the office is closed and house keys, for multiple properties are in a basket next to the front door on a major street. Nice security!! So we get ito the rental and there in the packet is a "rules" sheet that indicates if we do not put the furniture back exactly where it was, sweep the floor, start a load of laundry and turn the Air conditioner to a specified level we would be charged $200.00. Uh, what about the $95.00 cleaning fee you charged me? Looks like I'm doing the work and someone else getting paid for it! I was, to say the least, infuriated! This was not in the contract and is downright illegal and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about it. Dad calmed me down and just said do whatever it takes t get the deposit back. I was told the refund on my damage deposit, also a check obviously, would be sent back to me within 30 days of our departure. Well today is the day and guess what no check in my mail box! I dropped an email about it to them yesterday and of course no response I'm on the west coast by the way. Now I will have to hound them by telephone until I get my money back. I took a break to call them and guess what? They said it was mailed out on 3 Nov and that I should give it till Monday. They waited till day 27 after we checked out to send me my refund when it would have been clear that we had done no damage the afternoon we checked out. Now they are late and lied about when my refund check would arrive. This whole check thing is obviously a scam to allow them to gain interest monies in their account while the snail-mail process prolongs the scam and enriches them. We stayed at unit 3 on gulf Pine ave. The place was gross from the first day, ants all over the kitchen. Bathroom drain was soooo gross. The masterbedroom (well the only bedroom) smelt like straight dog pee. The house hadn't been moped in years that was obvious. The cleaning crew sucked, I run a cleaning service and that place wasn't even touched. Rachelle was the person that emailed me saying we had to pay $200 dollar fee bc we left the place trashed which was soooo untrue. We did everything they asked other than clean the sheets before we left and so what do it while you are cleaning. I spent a lot of money to go there so last thing we will do is clean it top to bottom before we leave. Plus the washer wasn't even free and the neighbors had there things in there washing. Also my mother in law rented a unit from them as well and when they got to their room they had dirty wet towels in the bathrooms and sand covered in their tub. The cleaning crews are awful who work for them. I do not recommend renting this unit or using this company to anyone. Rachelle was very rude and unprofessional when we talked to her, by calling it her island. Ha if it wasn't for us she wouldn't have a job haha. Rent from vrbo or there are other places down there we have rented from that are great. read more
