So, we gave Dan a call late on that Friday night and he hopped into action early Saturday morning. He was a godsend! In our initial meeting on a Saturday afternoon he came prepared with a stack of 16 listings - yes 16 that were all within our price range and needs - and we saw them all! I was amazed at his doggedness and efficiency! At each house we saw, Dan was quick to point out any potential problems with the property. He has a deep knowledge of issues that might come up with, construction, foundation, heating, plumbing flooding and retaining walls. We would have not of noticed the issues on our own.
