    If I could give this pitiful excuse of an establishment zero stars I would. David, the "sales manager" at this theft shop will spit you absolutely any price that you want to hear, just to quickly jack it up when you go to sign the papers regardless of what you agreed on with him. Mike, the sales staff that helped us originally seemed nice but be aware that these sales associates only run from their desk to David's office as he has his feet kicked up on his desk. Seems to be a lot of "misunderstandings" between the staff and their customers, especially when it comes to their dollar bills. There is not one thing about this experience that I would recommend to anyone, EVER. Save your time & money. Avoid Mike Patton Ford like the plague. Also- after I left this EXACT review on google, their "Administrative Assistant and Customer Care" employee left a good review about them... ???

    Another $100 to diagnose problem, should of found 1st time. Charged me $100 1st visit=$200 for looking at my car. Not to fix the problem

    Appt today went very well but phone system is really screwy. Hope the problem gets fixed soon!

This was the best place I have…read moreever gotten my oil changed at and maybe the best customer service I have experienced from start to finish. The service I received today reminded me of how customer service may have been back in the early 70's? It had a feel of nostalgia as if they have either been in business with the same owners or travelled from time when people use to be much friendlier. Although I arrived minutes before they closed, they really made me feel like a valuable customer. They were very friendly and every staff there greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel truly welcomed- Something I'm not quite used to in a auto/maintenance shop setting. It took me all but 10 minutes to get my oil changed and they were very accommodating to my needs. This was a big shock for me because I was used to getting my oil changed at Walmart across the street and having to wait 1.5 hours. - In the short time I spent at Quick Lube I learned 3 things. 1.) I learned how much of an impact good customer service has in repeat business, 2.) how incredibly untalented the staff at Walmart truly are and 3.) That I found a really good place with good people I can trust to get my vehicle serviced at. I may be asked what the difference is in getting an oil changed at Quick Lube compared to anywhere else, I'll conclude by saying that their shop closed when I wrote this review and the owner drove by asking if everything with my car was okay. They have earned a customer for life in me and after this experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

    Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish…read more I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to walk into an office that looked like it was halfway through a demolition project. The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom.
