There are 4 broad options for a wash - basic, good, better, best - with increasing price points ($7 - $20) that comes with additional chemicals (wax, coats, etc) that may have useful functions for your car. All washes mean the tunnel wash and there's a self-vacuum area that is available after every wash for free of charge (or I guess, included in your wash cost?). I believe there are some add-ons options too, but we didn't opt for any - we stick with the "good wash." Also, one can sign up for a monthly flat rate subscription - which might be worth it if you wash you car(s) more than 2 times a month! I also like that the staff hand-spray water to wet your car before the tunnel wash - it feels like they are helping prep your car knowing that the machines may not efficiently do this.

The service I received today reminded me of how customer service may have been back in the early 70's? It had a feel of nostalgia as if they have either been in business with the same owners or travelled from time when people use to be much friendlier. Although I arrived minutes before they closed, they really made me feel like a valuable customer. They were very friendly and every staff there greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel truly welcomed- Something I'm not quite used to in a auto/maintenance shop setting. It took me all but 10 minutes to get my oil changed and they were very accommodating to my needs. This was a big shock for me because I was used to getting my oil changed at Walmart across the street and having to wait 1.5 hours. - In the short time I spent at Quick Lube I learned 3 things. 1.) I learned how much of an impact good customer service has in repeat business, 2.) how incredibly untalented the staff at Walmart truly are and 3.) That I found a really good place with good people I can trust to get my vehicle serviced at. I may be asked what the difference is in getting an oil changed at Quick Lube compared to anywhere else, I'll conclude by saying that their shop closed when I wrote this review and the owner drove by asking if everything with my car was okay.
