    Went in to buy a used vehicle that was listed on their website. Everything was going decent. Took…read morethe vehicle on a test drive. The whole vehicle smelled like cigarettes, as if there were one actively lit inside. Which okay. It's a used vehicle and they said they would clean it to get rid of it. The tank was on E already so we just did a quick drive around. Came back and tried to do a tiny bit of haggling due to the smell and the brake light housing being cracked/broken. The salesperson went to the back to talk to his boss about it and I watched the whole interaction. The boss laughed out loud said no and slapped a roll of duct tape on the counter as if saying that's the best they'll do. The salesperson came back and said he wouldn't budge. So we were like... okay well can you at least fill up the gas tank so we can drive off the lot? He said he'd do it and took off while we finished the paperwork. We finished it all and got in the car and drove off.... The gas light was still on. The salesperson even had the audacity to send a picture of him with the nozzle in the gas tank to "prove" he was filling it up. Unprofessional and straight up liars. Just make the drive to somewhere else.

    The service department is lacking in both customer service and aptitude. For example, my vehicle…read morewas recently there for over two weeks. This was the 4th time I've had to leave it for repairs in as many months. Each time they found a "new" oil leak or coolant leak. And each time I got my vehicle back it hadn't been washed. The best thing about this place are their shuttle drivers....which I'm now on a first name basis with given how many times I've had to take my vehicle here.

    I'm very in the service that was provided before and after Independence Day Weekend…read more 6- 24-2025- Check engine light came on along with Start stop light 6-30-2025 Dropped Off vehicle to get the lights checked out 7-1-2025- I received a call from Mike Patton indicating there was nothing wrong that they could find. I asked abut the start/stop service light and the technician checked batteries, Instantly Jeff called back and said that 1 battery had a warranty and I would just have to pay for the other battery for start/stop service. I agreed to the batteries being changed. I was told that should Fix the issue, and was confident that they were right. They said if any issues to bring It back 7-02-2025 - Mike Patton called and stated that my vehicle was ready for pick up. had my brother drive it home and parked it until Friday's road trip. 7-04-2025 Heading on road trip and the approx. 10 miles into driving the check engine light and start/ stop lights are back on. 7-07-2025 contacted mike Patton about the lights being back in and Jeff said Now that you have new batteries we can get to the root of the problem. Go online and make an appointment. 7-08-2025-I dropped off my vehicle tor the check engine and start stop light again. 7-09-2025 - Jeff called and stated that my Jeep have 2 stored codes and 1 active codes. The active code was dealing with fuel vapors, purge valve and ESIM. And they're not sure its going fix the issue. They Plan to get the parts and put them on 7-10-202. Technicians will drive it and it may be ready NLT Friday. 7-11-2025 Jeff called and said that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked up my vehicle around 3pm and drove it home to pack for my drill weekend. Approx. 6:15 pm I'm on the road and the check engine light and start/service light comes back on. This is a total disgrace and i feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed, considering i have spent $1400 within two weeks. How many times do i need to take my vehicle back before its fixed? GEEEZZZZ LOUISE!!! Men be aware when sending women here to get cars serviced.

The salesmen were very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional…read more The initially told me that I could only choose from 3 cars with an $800.00 down payment. So I chose a 2009 Ford Fusion. It seemed to be the better of the three, depending on one wouldn't pull up the hill. And the other one had a loud noise. They took my money and let me drive off with the car after I put full coverage insurance on the vehicle. I drove home and parked the car. The next day, I went to the store and back home. The following day, I made a 60 mile trip that left me stranded on the side of the road with large amounts of oil protruding from the car. ( Mind you, this is only 3 days after I purchased the car. Everything should be good right? ) I immediately contacted Snappy Auto Sales and they told me that I should use my towing service included with my insurance to get the car towed backed to their shop. He also stated that they would fix the problem. I again contacted them a couple of days later, and asked them if they had fixed the problem and when could I pick up the car, because I really needed a vehicle. I had just put 800.00 down 250.00 for insurance, and I had not yet paid my 1st car note. Im thinking they should surely fux the problem. Instead they told me that they would not fix the car, and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay to have a transmission repair job done at a ridiculous amount of money. They said that it was my fault. They refused to fix the car or give me my money back. Very rude, unapologetic! I felt like I had been ripped off or scammed. I had been. There was nothing that I could do with a car that needed a transmission. So the car set there at their shop, which they probably ended up fixing themselves and ReSOLD or ripped somebody else off of an 800.00 deposit. They later wanted me to claim the lost with my insurance company so that they could pay them the complete cost for the car and the repairs!! They asked me to lie and say I gad caused the damages to help them to get paid and to relieve me of the debt. Are you kidding me?? I was out of a car and money!! I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS CAR LOT TO ANYONE! They will rip you off & SCAM you out of your money. The cars are all bad cars and No Good. Please go some where else to purchase a car
