The trade in price was very professional and juggled us and another buyer today. This is a great no pressure salesman. And he's former military. What a great experience. Just ask for Kenny he's the best !!

The whole vehicle smelled like cigarettes, as if there were one actively lit inside. Which okay. It's a used vehicle and they said they would clean it to get rid of it. The tank was on E already so we just did a quick drive around. Came back and tried to do a tiny bit of haggling due to the smell and the brake light housing being cracked/broken. The salesperson went to the back to talk to his boss about it and I watched the whole interaction. The boss laughed out loud said no and slapped a roll of duct tape on the counter as if saying that's the best they'll do. The salesperson came back and said he wouldn't budge. So we were like... okay well can you at least fill up the gas tank so we can drive off the lot? He said he'd do it and took off while we finished the paperwork. We finished it all and got in the car and drove off.... The gas light was still on. The salesperson even had the audacity to send a picture of him with the nozzle in the gas tank to "prove" he was filling it up. Unprofessional and straight up liars. Just make the drive to somewhere else.

I'm hoping less frequently but it's possible. The quality of production has gone down everywhere. The service you will receive from this location and their corporate office is Garbage. They sold me new car with eight thousand miles, which completely shuts down while on the highway and by God's Grace no one was behind me. It is towed to their service department and day two I called every hour on the hour to find out what was wrong with my car and to get a loaner because hey I still have to work to pay this car note. They never answered the phone. I had to call the sales department to have someone walk back there to get them to answer the phone. Seth did nothing. Referred me to the service manager Nate who did nothing but tell me they don't have a loaner. He did promise my car would be ready by noon the next day and here I am typing because not one person called me from the dealership or the service department. They won't guarantee to reimburse me for a rental car and I shouldn't have to take on that expense for a car I just purchased brand new. Don't let these salespeople sell you on any related to service because they act like it's a different company once you drive off the lot. Corporate is no better. If I have to spend money on anything it will be an attorney.

If I were just reviewing my personal Sales Associate, Lee Allen, I would give 5 stars. He is…read moreAMAZING, kind, genuine and answered any/all questions me and my mom had. To be 100% honest, I wouldn't have bought my car there on 11/13 if it weren't for Lee. If you are looking to buy a car, ask for Lee! He completely saved our deal. If I were just reviewing the General Sales Manager, Shane Nerowski, and the other Car Salesman we briefly encountered, Jordan McCray, I'd give 0 stars. Shane was arrogant, aggressive, and overall one of the WORST sales people I've ever encountered. From the moment my mom and I walked in, he acted like we were dumb and like he was too intelligent, busy, etc., to give us the time of day, and this didn't change throughout the entire car buying process. Jordan was the same way, but we only briefly spoke. I test drove a 2024 Bronco Sport that was listed online for $44,338. I loved it and after Lee showed me all of its amazing features, I was ready to buy it immediately. I told Lee I would like him to try and negotiate the price, BEFORE TAXES, to $40,000. He comes back, after speaking with Shane, and hands us a paper with the price of $45,000 before taxes. I say no and ask him to go back and negotiate again. At this point, Shane comes over and talks to us himself. He says and I quote "I'm not going to go back and forth with y'all all night. What's the highest you can go?" To which I respond "Well the price online is much lower than this, so ideally I'd like 1,000 off of the listed price." And then I showed him another listing of the same car that was also much cheaper than the $45,000 he was so set on. He responds "I am not sure where that price is even coming from (it was the Mike Patton website LOL). And the price of the other car you're showing me is because of rebates." Me: "Why aren't I getting any rebates?" Shane: "It's right there in black and white on the website? Read the rebate stipulations yourself. What's the highest price you'll pay before taxes?!" Me: "42,500 and I will buy it right now." Shane: "Nope. Can't do it. Have a nice night." And then takes the paper out of my hand. We leave. Lee then txts me and says he got Shane to go down to $43,300. I respond and ask if he will take $43,000 and he agrees. Again, if it weren't for how much I loved this car and how great Lee was, I would have NEVER stepped foot in this place again. Shane should really be given a lesson on how to talk to people and probably take a few pages out of Lee's book.
