    Another mechanic shop diagnosing the problem

    Mike Reichenbach Ford sold me a 2014 Ford Taurus that only lasted me three weeks before major problems with this vehicle. I contact Mike Reichenbach and talk to him personally over the phone about the problem that I was having with this vehicle he did nothing to resolve the problem I called Ford customer service located in Michigan they gave me a report number. They called over to Mike Reichenbach dealership on my behalf to try to resolve the problem they failed to talk to them Mike Reichenbach never offered a refund or try to fix the vehicle the general manager, as well as the sales person knew they sold me a bad vehicle. I am a second car buyer from this dealership and they don't have the respect to honor me as a second time car buyer to fix my needs.Mike Reichenbach is now playing TV commercials. Before you buy give Mike a try I say before you buy give another dealership a try he rather pay for TV commercials, which could be money to fix the vehicle that they sold to me. That was no good. The vehicle was towed back to my house without being serviced, but what hurts me the most is his TV commercials. Customer standing up for this dealership who's doing people wrong?

    New truck finds a new home

    I met Rufus Richard when I stopped by to look at a new F-150. Rufus was so easy to work with and he knows the Ford trucks. Super friendly and genuine. I visited several dealerships and Rufus was the clear winner. I returned and bought a new truck from him and his team. Very easy process and at a good price. I highly recommend Rufus. He did everything he said he would do and when he didn't know an answer, he looked it up. Very good deal Very good experience Highly recommended

    What can I say, great people , great service , great management, great owner !! Civic minded and all about the community and taking care of them. I know the owner personally and you can't find much of a better human being !! Way to go Mike Reichenbach and staff !!!

    I own a Kia Optima and the car cut off on me at a stop sign and I had a row of cars behind me if I…read morewould have pulled from that stop sign,someone probably would have hit me from the back but I think God nobody did,however I had it towed to Car Town of Kia in Florence since June 2nd and here it is July 10th with a whole lot of non sense from the guy "Patrick." He's a piece of work,I give him what he ask for and he claims he's going to submit my information and call me back but never does,I had called him repeatedly but could never get him on the phone.I went there after 5 pm yesterday and talk with him and the way he talked to me was so unprofessional.He ask for one more oil change receipts which I provided two weeks ago but never heard anything back from him, I went yesterday and he said I needed another oil change receipt,He tried to make me think that I was crazy saying I went 20,000 miles without an oil change but he took out one of the receipts I had already given him.Telling me that people know there's a recall on the engines and buying them and bring them back to them to get a new motor,which,has nothing to do with me and my situations.Patrick isn't worth a penny.I'm not going to stop with this case even if they don't fix my car at Car Town of Kia.
