They were communicative in some traffic delays coming out. They gave me the perfect price and perfect timing for work to be done. In my case, he started with installing a screen door and then he moved on to several other projects such as fixing and painting an entire living room ceiling, painting my deck and stairs, installing blinds in 2 different rooms, fixing closet doors and a door leading to my porch. Diamant will keep you informed of all that he does as he is doing it. He is very fair with pricing and will communicate effectively any changes from whatever original plan you agree to with him. He offers competitive prices and completes jobs in a timely fashion. He is a very trustworthy worker. For the several projects I had in my home, Diamant even drove himself to stores to get the materials he needed and presented me with receipts. Marsha and Rich were more than accommodating and listened to our requests and answered our questions Regarding value, their quotes were in the middle range to high, but we've learned in the past, you get what you pay for. Low bids are usually associated with cutting corners and low quality. Our only complaint, if you can call it a complaint. is that they are very busy and it is difficult to get on their schedule. We obviously have more to do. We whole heartedly recommend this company.

Kitchen Masters renovated our entire downstairs--the kitchen, laundry room, and family room--and…read morealso updated one bathroom (not a full remodel, since those were done five years ago). They completed some electrical work upstairs as well. Overall, we're happy with the results. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, but I rounded up to 5 stars. The cabinets from Pioneer Cabinetry look great, though a few handles were installed slightly off by a few millimeters (something we only noticed after a couple of months). The electrical subcontractors could improve on final details and cleanup: switches were initially placed in an odd order, they broke two access panels (later replaced), and left sawdust behind. A few personal items were accidentally discarded, and the laundry room design could have been better planned--two drawings didn't account for the six-inch clearance needed behind the washer and dryer. On the positive side, the flooring subcontractor (Abbey Floors) was excellent and quickly resolved a wood floor installation issue. The countertop subcontractor was great to work with, and Kitchen Masters' designer Megan was fantastic. The painter worked hard and did a great job. The owner also came to our home several times to ensure we were satisfied, which we truly appreciated. If you choose Kitchen Masters, know that the process works best as a partnership between the homeowner and the project manager. Review all drawings carefully before the project begins, ask for additional drawings if needed, and double-check measurements, clearances, and appliance sizes yourself. This was our second major project with contractors, and while Kitchen Masters could improve on final details, they are a good company to partner with if you're willing to stay engaged. They were also better than our previous bathroom contractors at fixing issues to our satisfaction. Pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes, though in the end we were close to the same cost. I'd call our project a lower-luxury project--Bosch appliances, quartzite countertops, and engineered hardwood--but not over the top like Wolf, Sub-Zero, solid hardwood, or rare marble. The house is in Farmington Hills, 12 Mile and Drake Road area.

Owner of company came to my house to make contract. I told him that price too high. He promised me that their windows much better than windows from another company. ALSO, HE PROMISSED IF I'M NOT GOING TO BE SATISFIED, HE RETURNED MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS. After installations I determined that windows are not closing completely and leaking air.
