We just finished a relatively large project. All new Hardie siding, new gutters, new front door,…read morenew Pella patio doors. We compared with several different companies and decided with John McCarter and I am glad we did. Our experience started with Clyde, who really did win this deal for them. He was the ONLY one who brought us any kind of mock up for our house, offered design suggestions, and even gave us advice for our roof for a future project. I highly suggest you ask for him. He explained the entire project and how it would work. Next we worked with James, who did final field measures. And double crossed the t's and dotted the i's to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted before they ordered. We very much appreciated this. While we were working with James, we had an attic inspection done by Jim who caught a leak in our attic! So added bonus, always better to find that sooner. When you have a project this large, things ARE GOING to go wrong. The important thing is how does the company handle things when they go wrong. And I can give nothing but the highest praise to this company and specifically our Project Manager John Giese in this regard. He always got in front of every issue, quickly communicated everything and kept the project on track The job is split into separate crews, Vas was the Forman for the actual siding. And to this day I can't believe how fast and efficient his crew was. The gutter team of Hunter, Aubrey, and Jason were quick and offered great guidance! Helped us consolidate a downspout! One less for me to step on! Tony came out and quickly fixed our before mentioned attic leak. Dan and Josh took fantastic care of us when installing all our doors. They spent extra time making sure they were PERFECT. They also did painting work to fix some issues with the siding. Julio and Jeicob made our house truly look BRAND NEW!

Unfortunately we found out the hard way that Grennan Construction does not stand behind their work. During the installation they made a human error and did not caulk and apply flashing correctly which led to a leak to our dining and living room ceilings causing over $2,000 worth of damage. We have made close to 20 texts or phone calls to Fred, his employees or his office in an attempt to have them come out access, and effectively stop the leak. They told us it was fixed once, we had the inside of our home professionally repaired and painted only to have the leak return shortly afterwards. Go Elsewhere!! Was referred to Grennan Construction by a trusted source and they didn't disappoint. The crew was very polite and conscientious from beginning to end. The Hardie board installation looked good from day one and continues to look great. You should definitely use Grennan Construction if you the job well done at a fair price and on schedule.

MI Remodelers - Rochester MI…read more I had a great experience with MI Remodelers on my porch and sidewalk replacement. My old porch & walk was brick pavers. The porch was cracking and pieces were falling off of it. The sidewalk was uneven and pitting. I looked into several contractors and landed on MI Remodelers. Due to minimal concrete deliveries, I originally was sold on a replacement porch & walk, with a cement evergreen edging and a large pad to place trash bins on. After agreeing to the contract, I just did not have the funds to cover everything and had to cancel the day after signing. Gary (the owner) came to my house discuss the cancelation. He said he would wave any minimal concrete requirements, do a custom concrete porch with walkway only and made me a good offer to do it. I agreed and Gary handled the job details himself. A month after signing the new agreement I had a great porch and walk. Thank you Gary and your team at MI Remodelers. I highly recommend this company.
