I don't think this dealership is called Wilkinson anymore - the name on the sign is Mike Terry…read more I came in with my daughter last night, hoping to purchase her first vehicle. Unfortunately, I don't think we could have had a worse experience. The salesman knew we were coming and knew which vehicle we were interested in, but it appeared that nothing had been done to make the vehicle ready for us. It was dirty inside, which was annoying, but more importantly, the tire low pressure light was on. The salesman assured us had already driven the vehicle, but he didn't think to air up the tires? When asked, he said it was temperature fluctuation...really? In summertime? Give me a break. We had a trade-in - the tool on their website estimated $3,700 but the best we could get was $1,500. Fine, it's an old car, I understand, but it's clean with no accidents and we had the title. Felt weird to be lowballed by so much. The purchase price was obviously a scam and what they advertise online is just to get people to the dealership. We were told there would be $5,000+ of dealer fees for "reconditioning" and "MTAG" which was explained as a "clear coat that will last through all 4 seasons." This is the most stereotypical, sleazy, used car salesman line. In fact, in the movie Fargo, the car salesman is berated by a customer for a clear coat! There was no evidence of any reconditioning, and furthermore, this was a 2022. It was not some beater that had to get new paint or change a transmission. It's just markup. All that to say, they had a potential buyer ready to go. We had our financing already in hand. We were at the lot. We were offering a solid trade in. But the salesman couldn't close the deal and when it became obvious that we were going to leave, he tried to pressure us into staying. "You drove all this way, and you're really going to walk out the door?" he asked as we stood up. The answer was absolutely yes. We'll keep searching for an honest dealership that isn't trying to play games.

They called and we talked about the car I was looking at. I told them it was a 2 hour drive for me to come down and look at the car. I wanted to make sure we could agree on a price. 21,000 out the door tax title and license out the door. Vanessa assured me yes we can DEFINITELY negotiate to that price. I arrive to the dealership only to find that this was a straight up lie. Definitely never coming back and I suggest you never go here unless you want to get blindsided and screwed out of your money.

One thing he forgot was he sent the paperwork to my husband and it was signed and everything then when we went to get the paperwork they said it wasn't never signed, so umm tell me this why let someone drive off with a brand new 2024 truck? Anyways if you're looking for a vehicle I highly recommend NOT going to dodge in Cuero tx. The main guy how was I've it allowed it to happen the hole place is a big lie. They act nice and sweet and try to get you deals just to do you wrong and crook you out. Just watch out and don't use Adem idk about the others they don't seem like they care to help only there for the money and to scam

We had our 2024 Silverado in to repair the same issue with the transmission for the second time…read more The last time we had issues with rental cars not being authorized during the time the parts were received and the time they worked on the truck, When I complained about it, they authorized a loaner from them for no charge. Of course, the truck was ready for pick up the next day. This time when asked about getting a rental AND keeping it between the time the parts were in hand when the truck was done, we were told we could have a rental and Aransas Autoplex would cover 100% of the cost. The paperwork I have in hand even says for the rental, Direct Bill 100%. So, 22 days later when we drop off the rental and pick up the truck, we get charged a deductible of $140.12. Now that can't be a deductible on the warranty repair, so I am guessing that is a deductible for the rental. As I dig deeper, I see Enterprise billed Autoplex $968.00 and $39.38 Vehicle License Fee (Vlf) and Motor Vehicle Rental Tax of $100.74. The latter two total the $140.12. SO HOW IS THAT COVERED 100%? The paperwork my wife picked up when she got the truck said mileage out 19485, except the odometer said 19501 when she got in it. Did they take it for lunch? If that was after test driving it, put the correct mileage on the paperwork. No sense putting a mileage out reading until you know the truck is working correctly. And I should mention that the running board and what I would refer to as the B Pillar on the driver's door were covered with oily residue and hand prints. The door had oil inside and out. I'm debating on recommending or not. Return text messaging was slow, but because I know we aren't the only customers they have, I'll recommend for now.
