I love their landscaping, the palm trees look fantastic! It's not as nice as the Rockport location. That one has the friendliest tellers, and the nicest location that's just so convenient. But when I run into Aransas Pass, this location will do. They have good rates on their banking products and they offer a wide range of loans and savings and checking accounts, tailored for the military family. This really is community banking. You keep coming back, and they learn your name. They really go for service, and really try to make you feel like you're not just some account number, you're a valued customer. I really appreciate what they're doing here, and think this is a great member of the community- they chip in on local high school sports teams and yearbooks and the like.

I walked in and was greeted by a smiling service member at the door. She asked how she could help and directed me to the teller counter. No line. Awesome. The teller was friendly and efficient. She got my new card in no time. Of course, I had my ID handy. Whew. While I was there, I noticed their display for Visa gift cards. How convenient. They're super cute, too! You can get some right there or mailed out, depending on the card you choose. Mine came with a card sized register booklet to keep track of when you use the card. Christmas gift cards ... check! It took Navy Federal 7 days after they received BANK check to credit card. They froze my card. As a former banker I know it shouldn't take that long to clear - 2 days max. The really bad part was in was in CA when they froze it (I'm from VA). It left me stranded in CA - Navy Federal was only card I had. I depended on them - THEY FAILED MISERABLE. I sincerely hope no one has to go through what I've experienced. Losing a family member is…read moredifficult enough without having to fight for funds that are rightfully owed to them. Despite providing all the required documentation, Rally Credit Union has made this process unnecessarily complicated and continues to give me the runaround. They are holding funds that were owed to a deceased family member while claiming he was not entitled to them, despite the fact that Social Security benefits are paid in arrears. The payment deposited in October was for September benefits that had already been earned. The lack of clear communication and resolution has been incredibly frustrating during an already difficult time.
