I sincerely hope no one has to go through what I've experienced. Losing a family member is difficult enough without having to fight for funds that are rightfully owed to them. Despite providing all the required documentation, Rally Credit Union has made this process unnecessarily complicated and continues to give me the runaround. They are holding funds that were owed to a deceased family member while claiming he was not entitled to them, despite the fact that Social Security benefits are paid in arrears. The payment deposited in October was for September benefits that had already been earned. The lack of clear communication and resolution has been incredibly frustrating during an already difficult time. read more

Have been with Rally for years and now finally looking for another bank. They take advantage of overdraft charges.

Trying to return a call is rediculous. After going through their really dumb menu finally getting getting someone, answering their questions, transfering to someone else who wanted the same information again, she actually hung up on me. If I could give this bank a minus rating, I would. Do yourself a favor, bypass a headache and go somewhere else. By the way, check other banks, you can get better rates. read more

We have car payments with them. To pay online they charge $10/payment. When you go to their office, they do not have drive thru's so you have to go in. When you go in, they will not take the payment until you provide them your drivers license and social security card and answer a billion questions about who you are EVERY SINGLE time. I was told that I could not make the payment on my own vehicle with out all the identification listed above and you also can not make deposits either. This is not common with other banks. I do not carry my ss card with me. I would not have a checking account with them and I can not wait until the cars are paid off. I do not advise doing business with them. read more

For giving away to the customers every year (schedule /planning calendars) is not beneficial to me, I'd rather take valuable items such as coffee mugs or any other items that are usable. read more

The atm took $900 and didnt deposit the money or give it back to me just said technical problems. These atm machine are terrible and this is the last straw. Cant wait to withdraw all my money and move banks. Not to me tion being late to work trying to get my money back, absolutely ridiculous. read more

I asked to miss this month's vehicle payment or make partial payment cause I have to move to smaller apartment rent goes up 100 more plus tags are due and on top of that found out I have cancer may need to go to Houston and they denied me knowing all this so yeah they do not treat you like family but then again isn't most family's like that. read more

Don't use this bank!!! It was the most pathetic experience I've ever experienced with our mortgage!! We've bought many homes during our lifetime, but Rally ranks as the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced!!! Like dealing with a 3rd world institution! I especially lived in Guatemala and Colombia, and this experience reminds me of these! After hours service is non existent their customer service can not provide service after hours this is ridiculous

I used bill pay service offered by naccu, they did not get a check to my daughter after 16 days. I spend 2 hours on the phone with 3 idiots and1 person who seemed to care. They all put me on hold and finally told me i need to take care of getting my money back in my account. Their electonic operators are really lousy and offer information that you may not need like balances on all your accounts. this is anoying... This is not the first time I have experienced rude and obviously could care less if you have a problem. they transfer you to another rude uncaring member of the team so you can do it again.... on hold now for 45 minutes....because they screwed up and did not get a payment delivered on time. read more

We became member here after the financed one of our car loans in 2015. Since we have done a refinance with them and got a great rate. If you are looking to refinance your mortgage loan i highly recommend giving Alice Bustos a call at the Mission, TX branch. Super helpful and great customer service. read more

I have been a member of Navy Army for many years, dating back to when they only had 1 branch. They used to be really good, with excellent customer service. It seems like their service gets worse with every new branch they open. I have had multiple issue with payroll deductions, for auto loans I have with them. They will call to tell me my payment is late, even though it is set up for auto draft, with plenty of funds in the account. This is one of many issues I have had over the last few years. I would not recommend them at this point. I will be closing my accts shortly. read more

If I was able to give this agency a ZERO stars review I would. Called to set up a draft of our very first payment on car loan. RUDE people at the Corpus Christi call center. People at the local branches (Rio Grande Valley) very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. If you can avoid calling, DO SO. read more

Unfortunately after 15 years of being a member with Navy Army and working there thru nursing school, I have to share this very DISAPPOINTING experience. As my house is being sold and will close on the 10th of this mnth, Navy Army for some reason autodrafted my account for the first time in years for a mortgage payment. This payment went thru and made me negative $500+ along w overdraft fees. The mortgage will be paid off in full by the buyer in 10 days but til then I'm stuck negative not able to even pay for an application or deposit on an apt to move into before our closing date. The money that Navy Army pulled without my permission has left me and my girls stuck in a bind, because Navy Army will NOT reverse the payment. Even though I have provided them with proof that it will be paid off in days. This is extremely upsetting and I feel disappointed in this credit union. They are leaving me and my girls with no money and no way to get into another place because they took money without my permission from my account. Despite knowing my financial situation and that it was their mistake, I WAS DENIED TWICE BY THE MORTGAGE MANAGER Mrs. Ramos. I have been calling over the past couple days numerous times to sort this out, but have been given the run around and haven't received a call back as promised from Mrs. Ramos. This was supposed to be a family oriented credit union and I don't for see how they could deny my reversal when they had not auto drafted my acct in years for a mortgage payment but this mnth they decided it was to be done WITHOUT MY PERMISSION & when the FUNDS WERE NOT THERE. EITHER WAY THEY ARE GETTING A COMPLETE PAY OFF when the sale is completed, YET they still won't reimburse me for the amnt they took. read more

I was overly angry when I wrote the last review. After calming down, I thought about the fact that this institution and especially this branch has been an enormous help to me over the years. Someone above these folks had the idea to try to sell a medical alert system off the help line. I still think that is a bad idea, but I won't let that one thing offset many years of fine service. Anyone would be making a wise choice to pick Rally for their financial banking. read more

I'm returning again to give another review. This bank is a clown show . By far the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I suffer from pancreatic cancer and after not working for a year, I fell behind on payments. I've since caught up and am on month behind and I'm trying to cut into that but this young lady , Samantha insists on being rude and shaming me into making me a payment. "It's not out problem you got sick and your are still behind on your payment." She asked for my address and I told her I was current on everything else and she said "you're not current on your payment, sir and that the biggest problem, we just want our money" I will get caught up in this and pray that my credit is good enough to go with Navy Federal credit union who have given me extensions till my treatments are over. They actually treat veterans with respect and wish Navy/Army would do the same. I understand I'm behind but let's not add insult to cancer with being rude and ridiculed for getting sick. read more

settling my mom's affairs after her death has resulted in my hatred of Navy/Army Credit Union. Every other bank, investment company, savings institution, insurance company and government agency has been extraordinarily helpful. Navy/Army has been the bane of my existence. Mistakes were made with tax documents. To reach a human on the phone takes at least 40 minutes and the people you reach are not authorized to do anything. They have to put you on hold for hours to speak to supervisors who are always in meetings. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay away. read more

Customer service is non existent. No Phone calls. They hold on your account when you pay bills then charge you overdrafts when you saw that they had paid the bill a day of or day after. They show one balance one day then change it with a different one and give you all type of overdrafts. The worst credit union ever. read more

Worst bank ever. I cannot express how much I hate this bank. I do not do my day to day banking here thank goodness. However I have an auto loan with this horrible bank. Their computer systems are incredibly outdated. In fact, I have never been able to use the online system even with the help of a rep. In fact, he could never figure out the issue. I was late on a couple of payments but was in constant communication with the bank so I made a double payment and it was agreed that my account was current. My car was still repossessed and I am currently without a car. Oh, and might I mention one of the reasons I was late on a payment was due to Hurricane Harvey. I truly hate this bank. I do not recommend. Please stay away. Bank of America is my choice. read more

False represented their services The website is absolutely a pain to try to pay your bill If you offer a product and your consumer accepts it, you need to honor your offer Like giving a free month on a car loan. When documents were signed and sent back to them, they didn't honor it! So what happens when your late on a payment? They ding your credit score and basically call you a deadbeat. I took a loan out to buy a car late in 2019. My wife died in 7/20 from Covid 19. Now I can't afford the loan so I wanted to just turn the car in and walk away. Not only did these "people" at Navy Army tell me that this will damage my credit, they further informed me that I will be responsible for any difference between the amount of my loan and the amount they can get from selling it at an auction. read more

Recently became a victim of identity theft using my NACCU account. Expecting at least my local bank branch on Spohn dr to be helpful in assuring me that they would help me do whatever is needed to resolve this, I instead became another victim to Navy Army people who clearly DONT CARE, have no professional empathy to their customers, not helpful by giving me run arounds and delaying the time to get my money back. NEVER HAVE I BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED with my bank. Let down by the people who should have been helpful to me in such a time of identity theft. I am blown away.... 5 phone calls, transferred each time and no one can seem to help until I'm finally fed up and want to cancel. Then it takes 11 minute hold time and are able to cancel. My mind is blown because they could careless to obtain a customer and actually help with the situation yet ready to just cancel. Good riddance. read more

Joke as a credit union they have been down for 4 days with absolutely no way to check deposits or withdrawals. No way to verify balance due to "upgrade" purposes. Their interest rate on checking is fantastic BUT YOU BETTER NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUE WHERE YOU NEED TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. You will be on hold, listening to their same three advertising messages over and over again for a minimum of 30 minutes. You can "have someone call you back and not lose your place in the queue" but you will never receive a phone call back. I was trying to increase my debit withdrawal limit for a 1x money order I needed to send and it took almost three hours to get this done. read more

Completely agree with previous review (and the "not recommended" one, which is completely legit, as usual). NACCU is a terrible bank. Customer service us hard to get in touch with and once you do, they are completely unable to help. Bill pay service is glitchy and unreliable, as is the Popmoney service which didn't send confirmation emails to my payees (customer service was no help, obviously). Debit card couldn't be used abroad, despite the Visa logo, which made for a very tricky situation. Thought a credit union would provide better and more personalized service, but in fact it's been quite the opposite. read more

If you are looking to buy a home run fast.Navy Army gives all of your information to a third party. This company is located in Chicago and they have very Uneducated people working for them. I'm paying a extra $465 dollars and no one can explain to me over the phone exactly what I'm paying for. Its not like i can go in person anymore cause navy army claims they cant help you because of their third party who's out to steal from navy army recruiters which are the [customers]. I paid over $7,000 in interest last year and i guess that's not enough income for navy army. i wonder if that's why they hired a third party. Me and my wife have decided to give Navy army a slim chance to get it together because their sort of local.We figured if they still have these uneducated people running their home loans in 2019, we will refianace with another company that's local so when a problem comes up you can drive over. By the way i plan on screen shooting this story to my work group email, face book, twitter, and instagram warning people about the hidden dangers when it comes to navy army in Corpus Christi and their home loan program. Absolutely unreal problem with these folks. They don't send you a monthly statement. They send you a monthly e-invite to go online to see your checking statement...not the same thing, and quite important when the only way to know anything about your auto loan is on that statement. I just spent 43 minutes talking with NA about a late notice on my first car payment with them. I never got a bill, my first correspondence with them was them sending me a late notice before a freaking bill. and of course a nice little 10$ late fee attached. The representative told me that I was sent a coupon book (never received and in 4 different cars that I have bought in my life-this would be the only time I have ever even heard of a coupon book with an auto loan--I had to ask her what a coupon book even is). Apparently at the first of the year they will send you a book of coupons that you mail in to pay off your note. you won't get any bills reminding you to pay them otherwise. un real, un helpful, bad business, will leave soon. furthermore the lady goes on to tell me that sometimes they send it to the wrong freaking address, and no they won't wave the late fee. read more
