They had to send the application to my wife's email because that was the email on file even though the day before they sent it to my email.??? So, I got the application from my wife's email, and the information cannot be verified under my SSN or my wife's.??? I have had an account with Rally CCU since 2003.??? Needless to say, I will be moving my banking elsewhere. This used to be one of the best CCU's out there, but they are absolute chaos now. I would not giving a star at all if I could have submitted without doing so.

She got my new card in no time. Of course, I had my ID handy. Whew. While I was there, I noticed their display for Visa gift cards. How convenient. They're super cute, too! You can get some right there or mailed out, depending on the card you choose. Mine came with a card sized register booklet to keep track of when you use the card. Christmas gift cards ... check! Despite providing all the required documentation, Rally Credit Union has made this process unnecessarily complicated and continues to give me the runaround. They are holding funds that were owed to a deceased family member while claiming he was not entitled to them, despite the fact that Social Security benefits are paid in arrears. The payment deposited in October was for September benefits that had already been earned. The lack of clear communication and resolution has been incredibly frustrating during an already difficult time.

It took Navy Federal 7 days after they received BANK check to credit card. They froze my card. As a former banker I know it shouldn't take that long to clear - 2 days max. The really bad part was in was in CA when they froze it (I'm from VA). It left me stranded in CA - Navy Federal was only card I had. I depended on them - THEY FAILED MISERABLE. They have very competitive rates, and do a lot of business locally. They serve the military community, and really know what they're doing. They help with all of the demands that the military puts on a family, and do it with a smile! They know all the military lingo, so if you're PCSing to a new FOB, they have the right APR for your CD. ;) The bank is always well lit, and in a great location. The parking is easy, and the place is always clean and picked up. My favorite bank!
